Stunning results. I'm already using them again to restore a chair. Great quality of work at a very fair price. Easy to work with.

Gentleman just applied spray paint for leather. Never dried and worn off. Agreed to come back and did the same thing again! It didn't work.

The results are excellent and we recommend them very highly.

The part was ordered in minutes, my husband can install it and the information she gave me was priceless because it turns out that the furniture has a lifetime warranty. We searched for weeks trying to find this spring on-line or in stores. What a wonderful company to have and share such critical information. We will definitely call them for our next repair issue!

Dog bites were very visible, about 2" by 1" wide. Sent request with pictures of damage to get bid. They estimated $300 for onsite repair (benches were not moveable). When I was ready to do the work, I sent an e-mail requesting they schedule asap. They called back the same day, Monday, and scheduled to do the work Thursday. Robbie arrived on time. Repairs were so good a friend who did not know where the damage was could not located the repairs. Extremely happy with the results. A bit pricey, but the benches were custom made for $2,000 and the table set was $750.

I attempted to contact furniture medic by email, but when I didn't hear back from them I called and had to leave a message. They were very responsive to the phone call and apologetic for missing the email. They required me to purchase the part myself but assisted in making sure i ordered the right one. Once they received the part they quickly got the job done and got my chair back to me. Don't rely on the computer to deal with them, use the personal touch. They are polite, professional and kind.

Called on 10/21/2014 to get information on refinishing, repairing a curio and pew. The person answering my call was short and seemed to be unwilling to offer details or discuss why you would choose this business. When I inquired as to whether they picked up in Round Rock, approx 15 min away, she told me not only would they charge $100 each way but wanted to know if someone would be at my residence to help load. You could actually hire professional movers for less money.

I inherited my grandmother's antique rocking chair, but one of the arms had come loose. I searched Angie's List for furniture repair and found Furniture Medic. They had mostly good reviews, and were not too far from my house, so I decided to give them a try. I called them on a Sunday, they were closed, but I left a message on their answering machine. They called me back first thing Monday morning. They said I could either send a photo to get an estimate or bring the chair in. I decided to bring the chair in. They looked it over and said they could fix the arm and also recommended fixing all the joints to make it really sturdy. They quoted me $150, which seemed fair. I was nervous for anyone to work on the chair since it is an antique and has emotional value, but decided to give it a try. Two weeks later they called me to pick it up and it was GREAT! Very sturdy and good as new!

I left an air freshener infuser on my dresser top and it leaked out, resulting in damage to the cherry finish. I found Furniture Medic on Angie's list and gave them a call. They were very busy so I had to wait for several weeks, but it was worth the wait and the price as it looks brand new and they did an exact match to the cherry stain. Gunnar and his team's work is very high quality and I highly recommend them.

This turned out to be more difficult than we first thought, but a beautiful job was done. I would recommend Furniture Medic in Cedar Park to anyone who needed work done on their furniture.

The job was finished earlier than their estimate, and I was pleased because I was in a hurry. I was very satisfied.

|The only problem I had with them was with the due date. I was told they would take 6-8 weeks to finish the repairs. At the end of 8 weeks, I called them to check on progress. They had finished all of the repairs except for putting on the door latch. They had put the cabinet aside and had forgotten about it. |The estimate I was given was $500 to $700. The final cost was $600. The gentlemen who picked up the cabinet and brought it back were extremely respectful of the cabinet. They handled it with great care. |I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The slight problem I had at the end was just a minor irritation. The work that they did was outstanding.

WOW WOW WOW, it really really looks brand new now. They also fixed up the chairs when they re-delivered the table (just a few spots on the chairs). WOW WOW WOW!!! What a delightful company to deal with. Gunnar is quite humorous too.

We had a hard time even locating someone who would work on Laz-Z-Boy mechanisms or parts. Those we contacted either didn't work on them, or had a turnaround time of weeks or months. This firm looked at pictures I took of the chair at home, gave me an estimate, and unloaded the chair as soon as we brought it in. I thought the delivery and pickup fees were a little high, but we were able to take this chair partially apart and get it into our car. The manager (owner) was very hospitable and cooperative; we are waiting for a good time to bring another one in for repairs. They seem to be willing to work on anything, no matter how old it is. We have not tried to work with the manufacturer--they have not been very cooperative. We will certainly use Furniture Medic again for our recliner chair repairs. We depend heavily on these chairs, even using one to sleep in.

-They had actually repaired that same footboard in another area 13 years ago. We took it to them and they gave an estimate which they stuck to and we went to pick it up...had come apart so they fixed it. Very apologetic. I believe they strive to do excellent work and please the customer. The best referral is a happy customer.

Excellent work! I can't even find where the chip on the vanity was, and it had been very obvious before the repair. The table top is solid. Work was done on time and the quality is exceptional, and the folks were extremely nice to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent experience, overall. Company was responsive and very easy to deal with. They did a good job with the repairs and the prices are reasonable. They were able to complete the work within a week. Highly recommended!

My daughter was keeping a friends dog for an extended weekend. It seems he got mad because of his extended stay at my daughters, and while she walked to the mailbox, he proceeded to chew away at the legs and cross members of a 50 x 27 x 30 cherry foyer table. I took photos of the damage to the Furniture Medic to get an estimate of the repair costs. I was satisfied with the estimate and delivered the table on a Thurs. I received a call on the following Tues that the table was ready. The table looks like a new one. I am completely satisfied with the work performed ny the Furniture Medic and would recommend them for any furniture repair.

I called Furniture Medic in Cedar Park and talked to Gunnar Lovblom. I explained to him that I had a very expensive King size sleigh bed that was very decretive, but was too long. It was a California King size and I needed it cut down to a regular king size bed. He said he could do it. He came out when he said he would and was actually early (which was very Nice). He took the measurements and then took the bed apart, loaded it and said it would be just a couple of days to get the bed done. Two days later he called and it was done! What a fantastic job he did. I was very happy with his work. I will recommend him to everyone needing furniture repair.

I spoke with Gunter by phone to describe the repairs I needed done on a pair of old dining room chairs. I wanted to take the chairs for an estimate today, but I live an hour away from the shop. Gunter told me to come and he would wait for me... I arrived at closing time, but he took the time to carefully inspect the furniture... He said that the chairs could be repaired but that the damage was extensive and it would be costly. I was very happy that he explained, specifically, what had to be done. After I saw the depth of the work required, I understood why the repair would cost so much. I decided that the chairs where not worth the repair cost... Gunter was polite, professional, and friendly. If I need any furniture repaired in the future, I will use this shop.

They provided good advice about staining and finishing and did a great job at what I considered a fair price. The desk had to be partially disassembled so all parts could be finished. They did the job and delivered the desk to my home. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys can do anything. They took a family antique (victrola) that had water damange and had been altered throughout the years and they restored it to its original condition. Gunnar and his staff took a lot of pride in thise restoration and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. They have also done repairs on a bed and dresser which had chemical stains on them, as well as an office desk that was damaged during a move. The quality of their work is exceptional! Highly recommend.

The quality of work was great and so was the salesman. They were a little slow at answering there phone and returning my calls, but other than that, I had a good experience with them and would use them again in the future if needed. .
