Eco Irrigation

After calling ECO Landscaping a professional was at my house within an hour. I explained what I wanted to accompolish and was given some recommendations. I immediately received an itemized quote. The office scheduled my job. The office followed up until the job was complete. After completion Inreceived a call to make sure I was satisfied with the project. This is a great company who employs workers who are punctual and an office staff with great customer service skills

They were pretty pricy, but overall very good work.

They were timely but they wanted to charge me for follow up customer service. They ended up not charging but that should be mentioned at the time they do the I stall. I have received good comments on my yard but the KRain remote is horrible.,,it keeps going offline

Sales pitch is great, but after signing the agreement and making payment, the experience got worse and worse. Every day it is a new issue it seems. They installed a system that was different than contracted for and had to come back out and replace the parts to meet the contract. I was given a story about them changing manufacturers and should have been informed but their entire sales pitch was based on Rainbird and their web site still refers to them being a *railbird select contractor*. Regardless, I was never informed. The system has had at least 5 leaks(never compensated for the water bills). The underground lines in some places were buried so shallow they are visible. They left parts all over my yard and dumped a bunch of rocks from a french drain in a corner of my yard and left it there. I also cut significant parts and labor from the scope of work but they still charged me for a full yard install. Run, do not even think about it. I am under warranty with this company and thus I am stuck in a long term relationship with them. Every interaction now is painful. Since the reinstall they have kept trying to randomly changing out heads but the irrigation solution is still poor, wasting a bunch of water where its not needed and leaving other areas without proper irrigation. All in all an utter disappointment. There are other reputable business that provide good customer focused experiences at good value and do what they say.

I only leave 4.5 stars instead of 5 because they took away too much of the dirt after install and now I have trenches forever until I can get more dirt to fill them back in.

Overall the experience was good until i found out there was one part of my yard where the pipe was not installed deep enough and when walking on my yard (yes just walking!) I heard a pop and one of my pipes had snapped. Eco irrigation blamed it on my ground being hard at time of installation and i would have to pay for repair cost. I was not happy with that and was told later by owner or manager that they would give me a credit (of course after i paid) to make it right. This doesnt make sense to me as i paid for a quality install meaning that i understand that if i was at fault by putting a shovel or something down to break it but i was just doing yard work and heard a snap the pipe was like 2 inches in the ground. There is no way that should be acceptable. Still havent used that credit.

Eco Irrigation installed a sprinkler system in my backyard recently and did an exceptional job. My backyard has flower beds and bushes among trees so the job was not simple. Eco installed an excellent mix of sprinklers and soaker hoses given the landscaping. Was also happy with the workers. Everyone on the crew was professional and performed quality work.

Terrible communication and customer service. Decent workmanship and final product at a reasonable price. Frequently lied about days they would come to install, causing many days off missed work for me with no work being done on the sprinkler system.

The crew chief left during the install and there was a language barrier with the remaining crew. This resulted in the system not being installed according to the plans and the lines were not buried at the appropriate depth.

This company is awesome. They also did some tree trimming and sod installation. Just one issue came up that I was not prepared for. During the install, I noticed some PVC piping sticking up like a sore thumb out of the ground in plain view from the street. Initially I thought it was something temporary for testing and/or getting a city permit. After asking them about it, they told me that it is permanent. I had never seen these before in neighbors lawns. It turns out that it is an RPZ backflow preventer that will soon be required in the state of Texas. My experience would have been better if they had given me advance notice of it and/or had designed the layout of the system so that it would have been hidden a bit better. Since then they have told me that they will do their best to let customers know about this ahead of time. Regardless of what happened with the RPZ backflow preventer, I would still highly recommend this company.

They did an amazing job and was finished in 1 day.

Great! Very communicative.

They laid the sod and put in a sprinkling system. The sod was so uneven that I was afraid I would turn my ankle. The owner assured me that they would roll it and it would even out. It did not. Now the grass they put is full of weeds and I have to pay someone to fix it. The grass looks dead. Needless to say I would not recommend them to anyone and it has completely turned me off of using Home Advisors.

Eco Irrigation is an incredible company. They have phenomenal customer service and it was so refreshing for a change for a contractor to show up on the day and the time that they said they would and not reschedule or show up late. They did a fantastic job on my sprinkler system install and I’m extremely happy. I would definitely recommend Eco Irrigation!

Did both concrete work - sideway with inlays and small pads, plus sprinkler system. High quality work and customer service. I was kept informed and site cleaned when they completed work.
