We hired Gene and his team last fall to complete a remodel of our house after hearing a couple of glowing endorsements from friends we trusted (and whose houses we envied). We already knew they did immaculate work. Gene took the time to look at our plans, come out to assess the situation, and put together a very realistic bid. Later, he came back and walked us through the thinking behind it, as well as carefully setting expectations for the entire process. Throughout the remodel, Gene?s communication was spot-on. They set realistic expectations, and delivered on them. If an issue arose, they addressed it. They even went above and beyond to fix things that were outside the scope of the bid, just because it was the right thing to do.? His crew is amazing. They are dependable, thoughtful, and most important: trustworthy. My wife and two young daughters came to think of them all as family, and my little girls still get excited when Kai and Ed come back to visit. And those follow up visits are perhaps the most compelling reason to select Gene and crew: they make sure that everything is finished to your satisfaction, and they kept coming back as much as we needed to make sure we were completely satisfied with every last detail. My wife is a stickler, and we are both extremely particular. They made sure that every thing was up to our extremely high standards and surpassed our expectations in every conceivable way.? I?ve done remodels, renovations,?and additions before, with three different contractors. I know how rare it is to be able to say ?We love our contractor!? But we do. I could not endorse Gene and his team more highly. If you?re in the market for a GC for your project, do yourself a favor and give Gene a call.

Contractor did not complete job. Several items were left undone. All materials paid for were not installed. Sloppy job on many of the items. Did not come close to meeting expectations.
