Description of Work: Second time i have had CSR come to service our 4 year old Heating/AC unit. Purchased unit from different company. Each visit from CSR was extremely quick response time. Treated us very fairly and fixed the problem within 20minutes on site. Roger called me at 7:30am the following morning and was at my house at 8:00am. Fixed the problem very quickly. Replaced the Dual capacitor that prevented the outside unit from coming on. Checked to see if the unit was under warranty. Charged me accordingly. He also checked the rest of the unit before he left to be sure it was working properly.

They literally were at the house within one hour of our phone call, at the exact time they said they would be there. The technician was extremely professional and very thorough. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling CSR for any of our future heating/air conditioning needs and would happily recommend them to anyone.
