Description of Work: I purchased a washer/dryer from Conn's. Conn's had a promotion that upon purchase they would do an instant coupon for one pedestal and one mail in rebate for the second pedestal. I thought it was a great deal. The first delivery driver said that they would not fit and did not even attempt to put pedestals on. The dryer was damaged on the side so a new delivery date was set for a week later. At second delivery, I requested that the driver attempt to put the pedestals on. They did not fit so I requested that I get a refund for the $200 for the pedestal and I would return them because I had not requested the mail-in-rebate yet. I spoke with the office manager, store manager, and assistant manager several different times because the second driver took the pedestals but did not leave any paperwork with me and I was never refunded the $200 for one pedestal. To make a long story short, after contacting the District Manager twice, the store manager at the Cedar Park and Round Rock location, the Warehouse manager (2 separate managers as one was "no longer there) and wrote a complaint and called the corporate office in Beaumont, I finally got my $200 refund for the one pedestal I did pay for and never sent in the mail-in-rebate for and returned to the warehouse in May of 2008. Yes, 6 months later. My only positive note is that they also refunded the $100 delivery charge as well.

Description of Work: They installed a refrigerator within 24 hours.
