My family and I used Come and Take It to move us from Frisco, TX to Austin, TX. Steven, Kyle and Adam were kind, efficient and extremely helpful in managing our move. They packed everything top to bottom, loaded up and unloaded into our new home all in 1 Day! Everything arrived safely and unscathed and they finished under budget! As a Property Manager for 10+ years, I have worked with A TON of moving companies. This was by far the best experience I've had, professional or personal. They are honest, upfront, hard working and they work for the Lord! What more could you ask? Not planning on moving again anytime soon but when I do, I know who I can trust. Our move went very smoothly. Jeremiah and Austin were on time for both pick up and delivery. They were fast, friendly and professional. My stuff arrived in great shape, everything was there, and they took caution to not ding doorways or walls. Matt asked questions to determine the size trailer needed for my move and the size he sent was just right. Also the final cost ended up being a little less than quoted. I highly recommend this company!

We just had Come and Take It moving company move our household items from Arlington to Leander. We had a fantastic experience with this company and especially our crew of Scott, Austin, and Aaron. They were extremely professional, showed up on time, and moved all of our belongings quickly and efficiently. The entire move experience was outstanding and we could not have had a more professional crew. Shout out too for Matt at the main office, who constantly kept us up to date on our move and answered all of our questions. The entire move came in under the original estimate. Would highly recommend this Company and especially this crew!

I called Come and Take It Moving & Storage when I saw what an excellent job they did for my downstairs neighbors. The sales rep called me right back within the hour and gave me an estimate over the phone. I own a lot of books and I'm always worried about boxes being packed too heavy with them. Not a problem for these guys. They handled all my stuff and the giant staircase in our new place easily without complaint. All in all, the estimate was accurate, the price was reasonable and the move went off without a problem. Best experience with movers that I've ever had.

Come and Take It Moving & Storage were so great. We had a last minute move and they were able to accommodate us with no problems. The moving team showed up on time, packed our furniture well and helped put everything in our new place without any scratches or damages. It was a large task and all went so smoothly- and no hidden fees. I will surely use them again.

The move couldn’t have gone any better. The moving team really did a great job. I could tell from the first phone call that they were a good moving service. They were very organized and detailed and helped me understand my moving estimate. They accommodated all my requests and were on time for their pick up and it was a speedy delivery. Hopefully I will not be moving again anytime soon but if it does come up, I know exactly who to call.

First off, let me say this.... I have never experienced a more condescending customer service representative in all my life. Everything was all roses until a lot of my things were left at my old house, 3 tables broken,, almost twice the hours quoted even though he saw every piece of furniture in my house. We talked about a larger trailer, but he assured me that his family has a 2000 sqft house and could move easily in a 36 foot box trailer..... he’s the professional, right..... WRONG. So here we have it.....?broken furniture, left furniture, paintings, vacuum cleaners, steamers, out door furniture, lost cushions..... the truck broke down...... delayed for a day...... lead man is sick trying to unload my things..... dropped and broke my coffee table...... they offer to take off 2 hours because the guy is sick...... they said well I guess you’ll have to file a claim..... their paperwork states that you get .60 cents a pound..... I asked for 1000.00 off my entire bill , I got a “**** no” the driver finally deducted 7 hours off my bill, I agreed to get them on their way. Matthew, the scheduling coordinator was rude and belligerent , I finally hung up. I will not tolerate such disrespect and disregard. I wish I would have read their reviews a little more closely. I also received an email threatening litigation if I didn’t remove my bad review..... go figure

We hired Come and Take It Moving & Storage and do not regret that decision at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only were they prompt and careful, but they even came in under the estimate and were very honest and fair in pricing. These guys delivered their job with amazing skills and professionalism. I was impressed by how fast and efficient the movers were. The boxes I packed beforehand were gone in the first hour. Moreover, the movers and the relocation adviser were very friendly. The movers also called me in advance before they came in and pointed out any possible issue that might delay the process. Overall, I'm really satisfied the service and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and I will use Come and Take It Moving & Storage again in future.

The initial call to Come and Take It Moving went smoothly. We thought the pricing was fair for what we were asking. Everything was explained in advance. On the moving day, the moving team called in advance of their arrival. The movers were professional, efficient and well-mannered. They moved each piece of furniture very carefully and without damaging the furniture or my walls. The furniture they moved was new and some of the pieces were extremely heavy. Again, there was no damage to the furniture or my walls. We are very pleased and would definitely use this moving company again in the future.

They even helped to make it easier for me to unpack and stay organized. Working with them made the move so much easier. The team( Foreman and David) showed up on time 8:45 am and worked VERY HARD loading the truck. THey were patient with my parents aged 86 and 81. They were courteous, professional and patient. It took several hours longer than quoted and then they had to drive across Houston in Friday traffic. By the time they finished unloading at the Assisted Living Center...it was 11:30 PM. Then they had to drive over to a second location(my home) and drop more items in my garage. They finally finished at 12:30 AM. a VERY long day. THroughout they remained hard working, careful and professional. Nice guys. All furniture was handled with care. The double pad/shrink wrapping of delicate furniture and antiques was PERFECT and professional. They didn't cut corners. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED and they had lots of delicate antique type tables etc. All in all a great job and would definitely recommend this company. Reasonably priced and easy to deal with .
