This is the second time that I have hired Lionel. Once again, he was a pleasure to work with. He was less expensive than my other bid, but did a great job. I'm an engineer, so of course I had to water test my gutters with a hose one evening as he was nearing completion on this multi-day job. I noticed some standing water in a two places. The next day he worked his tail off to properly adjust the long gutter runs so that they drained properly (I wanted minimal downspouts for aesthetics, so this wasn't easy). The gutters are so beautiful, that they actually are an architectural upgrade. Many thanks to Lionel and his cheerful, hard-working assistant!

Description of Work: I was nervous about selecting Central Texas Custom Gutters to install gutters on the sides and back of our house, mainly because they were not very prompt at answering phone calls. However, my husband and I went with them anyway, and boy was I glad. We were slated to have the gutters installed on a Tuesday, and when Tuesday came, it was pouring down rain. I assumed that we would have to reschedule, but they came out in the rain and installed the gutters. It was great, because we could see how well the gutters were functioning before they left. So far, everything is working fine.

He came on time. One on the down spouts that he did leaks a little bit.
Description of Work: Re-sealed miters as needed. Re-sloped as needed. Modified flashing around the fire place. Added hangers and straps on back and front of the garage. Made sure down spouts were draining.

They were terrific. Their service was great. They were more expensive than other companies but I liked the work they did on my neighbor’s house. I liked the guy who came to do the job and I’m happy with his work. So, it was okay to pay a little more. I will recommend him to any body.

I have a metal roof and with all the rain we have been having my bedroom was flooding and I needed gutters ASAP! I got his name & number from Angie's List- called & left a message to get an estimate on a Saturday. He called me back in less than an hour and came that afternoon. (Which was a surprise!) Lionel, the owner, was very nice & professional and I really appreciate him coming over on a Saturday to look at my roof. I recieved an estimate later that day via email. I got a few more estimates and decided on Lionel's service secondary to his customer service, which is a big deal to me. My gutters were installed to match my roof (red) with the "Rhino Guard" system to keep all the leaves out. He had 2 guys come out in the morning to make my seamless gutters, then Lionel came out that afternoon to install them because my roof had to be cut back a couple inches and he didn't trust that job to anyone else, so he did it himself. I had ordered a rainbarrel online and he came out on the 21st and customized my downspout to fit. Overall no complaints. I will use them next year when I can afford to do the front half of my house.

After interviewing four companies, we decided to go with Central Texas Custom Gutters. Not only were they less expensive than the other estimates, but their design was more aesthetic with the gutters being treated as an architectural element. We worked with Lionel Hernandez, who was always very professional and immediately responded to any of our correspondence. His crew provided quality workmanship. We highly recommend his company.
