Description of Work: The tech was late, was scheduled between 8am-12 and I called at 11:55 saying he wasn't here yet and within 5 minutes he appeared! He stayed for maybe 5 minutes to do my garage tune-up, all he did was grease the wheels for that $39. Nothing else. I don't know what a tune-up consists of, but the last time they came out for the same thing it took longer, they were on time and tightened some loose bolts. I'm not even sure this guy checked the bolts! I would definitely request not to have this particular tech in the future. I've always liked CP Overhead Doors and refer them all the time. This one bad experience will not stop me from using them again, however I feel I paid $39 for nothing and sat here for 4 hours waiting for the tech, with not so much as a call with an approximate arrival time that morning.

Description of Work: I purchased an "Angie's List deal" for a garage door tune-up. Our 3 doors were in need of help. The technician advised additional work which we opted to have done. The doors work so much more smoothly now.

Description of Work: They installed a new garage door opener that I purchased elsewhere and installed nylon rollers. Larry was punctual, friendly and knowledgable. He install the new opener, rollers, sensors etc. quickly and even gave me a tour of the fancy new wall controller and walked me thru setting and changing the external keypad. Additionally, he told me if I had trouble setting up the wifi control to call the office and who to ask for if I needed help and that he would talk me thru it. This is the second time I have used Cedar Park Overhead Doors and I have been truly impressed with their customer service, going beyond what would normally be expected. I highly recommend them for any garage door maintenance.

Description of Work: The first service person installed a top of the line liftmaster garage door opener and vinyl wheels but did not lubricate the metal piece that the j-arm slides on. Also, a day or two later, the machine started to strain. That problem resolved temporarily, but a guy came out under warranty and took care of the lube. The straining started again and when they came back, he found that the seal around the door opening was pressing against the door. The door should have been sealed from the outside so the seal wouldn't press against it. That wasn't part of the original job, so it was extra to fix. My only complaint was that the other door had this problem as well, but no one figured it out until the third visit.

Description of Work: The provider agreed to a full refund but said I needed to work that through Angie's List. The were here for all of 10 minutes and the one thing I asked them to do was to program the key pad for us which the providers representative could not do. We later figured out from a YouTube Video.

Description of Work: We had our garage door replaced as well as our garage door opener. The service was excellent and the installers were very knowledgeable, timely, and effective. We love our garage door and the insulated door really makes a difference. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: I had a garage door opener installed. Once I purchased the package they called me immediately to set an appointment for the installation. They arrived at the time set and installed the door. They went above expectation with improving the springs and lubing the door mechanics. They even bent out a dent in the door. The opener is quiet and works perfectly. They also explained how to program the remote openers. Thanks!

Description of Work: Scott did an excellent job. Before installing tried to fix old opener. Wanted to try and figure it out for future repairs, unfortunately it didn't work. However he did the new garage door works perfectly. My only draw back is that he took the old opener, I know they can send it back and get a discounted, would have been nice for that saving to be passed onto me. In his defense I didn't say that he couldn't take. Overall very please with the work that was done.

Description of Work: The technician called prior to arrival and gave an estimated ETA. The technician performed a tune up on our existing garage door opener which corrected an issue we had with it refusing to close every once in a while. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We would use these folks again in a heartbeat.
