Description of Work: Bought a deal from them to check the door and tweak (tighten cables, etc.). He said that he was done, but my wife had to point out to him that a cable was actually off of the pulley. He fixed it right away, but it appears that he wasn't paying attention or was just in a hurry. I have used them in the past, and I will continue to use them. Like any vendor, I suggest that you double check their work before they leave.

Description of Work: We contacted Cedar Park Overhead Door and wasn't quite sure what I wanted, except that I wanted nicer looking garage doors. After some conversations about what I liked and after sending them photos of my current garage doors from my cell phone, they sent back several options. After weighing options, budget, etc.. We agreed on a wood looking door that was insulated. We have three garage doors and I felt the price was good. They arrived on time, were very professional and replaced all of our existing guides, wheels and seals and weatherproofing. Now we are the envy of our neighborhood!

Description of Work: They arrived on time. One of my garage doors was disengaged and stuck partially opened. They fixed this and serviced my garage doors as requested. I was very happy with the service and the young man could not have been any more polite and accommodating. I will definitely use them again in the future...especially if something goes wrong with my garage doors

The only small problem was that their office quoted a different amount than what the technician said it would be. However, the Technician honored the quote and said that he would talk to the home office about it.
