Went outstandingly well
Description of Work: I contacted Overhead Doors through Angie's List in the evening. I was contacted by Rick first thing in the morning through Angie's List messaging system, asking me to call them. Rick took note of my issues and was able to provide me with a technician the same day (in the afternoon) or next day. I chose the same day service. The technician came within the first hour of the window (outstanding, but I wish I was given the 30 minute heads-up that Rick told me would happen). The Tech was very fast and very professional. Diagnosed my garage door issue in about 5 minutes and after I approved the work he was able to complete the repairs (replacing the garage door roller, tightening the spring, replacing the belt on my Liftmaster opener) and some other items within about an hour. These are the only guys I would call for my garage door problems.

It went well.
Description of Work: Program new garage door remote, maybe be a simple task but we had a problematic door and could not make our remote work. One garage door service company told us the card on the unit need to be replaced or just replace the entireunit altogether. So we got a second opinion and the Cedar Park Overhead technician came witha new remote and got it working in less than 5 minutes.

Unbelievably good!
Description of Work: My garage door wouldn’t open or shut using either my fob or the inside switch, called Cedar Park Overhead doors and when I described the problem, they said they could walk me through a fix. I followed their instructions and fixed the problem! No service call or bill! What great guys!

Cedar Park arrived on time and after giving us a quote previously, he did the work in about an hour. The only thing I didn't like was that he forgot to wrap a few of the wires in insulating cable but when I mentioned it, he did it. I think he was in a rush that day.

Overhead Door was a company we have used on several occasions and they have always been dependable and got the job done the first time. We haven't had any problems with our new garage door or with the repair of our other one. I thought the pricing was fair and they did an excellent job on the installation.

We had lubricated the tracks, and tried to repair it ourselves, until we had it. At first we thought it may have to be replaced, so we were very happy when their technician informed us it could be repaired. This saved us hundreds of dollars. The work was completed in two hours and the door has closed smoothly ever since. When it comes to time to replace the door, they will get the call simply because of their honesty.
