Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors employees are very friendly and very professional. I felt the prices were reasonable but I didn't do too much shopping around. I have used them previously when I was having a polarity on the door and they fixed that. I thought they were very punctual and professional and I'll use them again.

I called company about 9 AM one morning, was asked name, telephone number, location, and nature of the problem - and was told that someone would be back with me shortly to set up service call that morning - received call within 15 minutes, and technician showed up shortly there after, and proceeded as outlined under services performed. My goodness, within quote, courteous service, and so so prompt. I am usually highly critical, but I was so positively impressed with this company's services!

We had one of three single bay garage doors that was not operating correctly. It would become mis-aligned while shutting and the opener would stop the door about half way down. We called Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors on Friday, January 16, 2009. They scheduled an appointment for mid-day the next day - Saturday. They called 45 minutes prior to showing up. They fixed the door quickly by replacing several rollers. In addition, they lubed the screw drives and the rollers of our other two doors. I have always had exceptional service from them.

The representative was punctual, and did exactly the job I wanted efficiently.

Technician arrived on time and worked quickly. He removed the old door and hauled it away as well as installing the new door. He gave me some advice on what type of new garage door opener I may need in the future. Overall a very good experience.

He arrived promptly and got the job done within thirty minutes.

I got an appointment for 9:00 am but they didn't arrive until 11:30. I had to call and they stated the tech assigned to me got busy so they assigned me David. David arrived within 30 minutes. He determined I only had to make an adjustment on the opening device and educated me in maintenance procedures. He also recommended changing the rollers on my manual door, which I asked him to do. He was very professional and did a good job. The price was appropriate.

Some trouble scheduling. I was supposed to be given a call 30 minutes before the tech was to arrive to my house, so I could get home from work. Tech called me while sitting in my driveway. Fortunately, he was able to get in the garage, without me there, and give me feedback/estimate on what needed to be done. He said he would notify the office to schedule the installation for the next day and that they would call me with details. Next day - no call, so I called them in late morning. They called me back and said someone would be there to do the install that same day. Install tech had some trouble getting to my house, with schedules, traffic, etc., but I had no issue with that. The tech, Brian, did a great job - thorough, clean, respectful. Fully explained the equipment to me, gave me all the docs. Very pleased with my new garage doors!

I called on a Wednesday, made an appointment for that Saturday morning between 8 and noon. On Saturday, noon came and went with no call from the company. So I called and was told other calls had come in and those customers were put in front of me; but that a service man would be out to my house "soon". Finally a little after 1pm, someone showed up. He was nice, professional and did a good job. However, I am not happy that calls that came in after mine were serviced before me. Not cool.

Called 'CEDAR PARK OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS' due to the outstanding reviews, and our garage motor was on strike, and didn't want to lower the garage door. We had to open the garage door manually, and the door is very heavy. When Ted visited us, he told us that the garage door should never be that difficult to open and that the springs were too loose-actually too small. The company that installed our garage door, installed springs that were too small to handle the weight of the garage door. Ted wanted to make sure that he installed the correct springs for the weight of our garage door, so he returned the next day with a scale and installed the appropriate springs. Ted also tightened the horizontal track and it's arm, which was adding additional stress to the motor, since it was loose in multiple places. The tracks were greased, and now our garage door opens and closes very smoothly, without any bouncing. Ted spent extra time to ensure the job was done right. Thanks Ted!

Called Cedar Park Overhead Doors on a Saturday morning. It was not an emergency, and I was not expecting same day service. The technician arrived within an hour and immediately pointed out the problems. He could have tried to sell me new springs or even a new opener but did just what was necessary to correct the malfunctions. He also went over some of the operational features of the door opener and the box. I really appreciate the fact that he was friendly, honest, charged a fair price and concisely explained the situation. It's nice doing business with a company of this caliber; from the gentleman who took the call, the technician, and their bookkeeping department regarding a stop payment of the check I wrote them after I was notified by my financial institution that someone was trying to access my account on-line. They were very cooperative and understanding of the situation (unlike another company I had to do the same thing thing with). KUDOS!

Called Cedar Park Overhead Doors at approximately 10:00 this morning. Discussed the problem and ordered a 16' x 7' Almond 25 gauge steel door with insulation. Was told the door would be installed in the afternoon. No definite time. Technician showed up at 2:30. David was very professional, explained why the old door had failed and showed me the bad installation job. He then dismantled the existing door, cleaning the work area as he went. Then he installed the new door. What a difference!!! There were no gaps and it operated very smoothly. Again he cleaned up the work area. He then show my wife and I the operation of the door. We asked if we should get a new opener and he told us the one we had was the best on the market and we would not need to replace it. I definitely would use this company again!!!! And recommend them highly!!!!

Jeff, the company's representative, arrived right at the time we scheduled, repaired the problem, and was very friendly about it. Great job.

Brian came only a few hours after I called, analyzed what needed to be done and took care of everything quickly and professionally. He didn't try to convince me that I needed anything extra, but gave me some good advice.

I read the reviews on Angie's List, called Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors, and was able to have the new garage door opener installed the same day I called. The installer was punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job. The price was exactly as quoted, and the new opener works great. I would definitely recommend this company.

The problem began when one of our garage doors would not open when either the remote was pressed from inside the car or the button in the garage was pressed. One phone call was made and the following day a worker was sent out. He assessed the problem and replaced one door opener that day and when I asked if he would recommend replacing the other one he said it wasn't necessary, it still looked like it was working fine. He then told me he would oil the rollers and make sure everything was working well before he left. I inquired about the safety of the 4 big springs that pull our doors up and down and he said he could run cable through them so if one would break it would stay on the cable and not fly through the air. I asked him to do that. Altogether we received a new belt-driven opener with 2 remotes, two sets of safety cables, and a tune-up on both doors. With labor, tax and a $5 fuel charge, the total cost was just a little over $500.00.

Tradesman came on time and checked out all parts of the door and mechanism. He was able to program the remote control and showed me how to do it. A neighbor and I had previously tried to program the remote, but we did not know that one had to "check" and confirm the setting for it to work. He lubricated the chain and showed me how to work the door if the power goes out. (There were no instructions provided for it when I purchased the house. It was very nice of the workman to take the time to teach me all of these things and not treat me like a dummy, but with respect as a human being who simply didn't know how it all worked.

I had scheduled the tech to come out between 9:00 and 11:30. That was their time frame. But I told the scheduling person that I wanted the tech to arrive around 9:00 or so. The next day Rick called me to double check on things and I reiterated to him I wanted the tech to arrive earlier. He then showed up at 11:25. When I called the company at 11:00 and asked where he was they told me he was delayed. It turns out the company sent him on another job first before he came to mine. Then on the way over to my house he almost got a ticket for using a farm trailer while he was hauling my new garage door!

The service tech arrived when they said he would, was courteous, and did the job well. There was a small problem with the alignment of the opener that I probably wouldn't have noticed, but he was honest enough to point it out and worked through a solution- others probably would have just collected payment and left. Overall he did a great job, and answered all my questions about how to maintain the springs and rollers of the door as well as the screw drive on the opener.

When I called for an estimate, someone came out within the hour. They were very polite and answered all my questions. The next day I called in the morning and ordered it and they installed it in the afternoon. They explained things and even showed me how to put the opener on my homelink in the car.

They responded quickly to my call. The technician, Brian, was professional and respectful. He spent about 2 hours overhauling the door.

I sent a email to Cedar Park Overhead Doors on Thursday at about 3 p.m & was called back by Ric less than 15 minutes later. Ric took my info & set an appointment for the NEXT DAY at 10 a.m. The next day, Robert, the installer called me at 9:15 to let me know he would be there shortly. Robert was very professional & got right to work removing the old doors & installing the new. The house is older & Robert had to make many adjustments due to the non standard nature of the garage. He had the new doors installed by 3:30 p.m. Ric called me about a hour later to make sure everything had gone smoothly and check if there were any questions. The doors look GREAT. The price was only slightly higher than a home improvement store but the quality is far superior & the installation is excellent. Warranties were also as good or better than the other guys I highly recommend this company, they give excellent customer service, a superior product & incredible response times. I could not be happier!

Technician was prompt, friendly and professional. The company was very responsive to phone calls.
