Cedar Park overhead doors responded very quickly. The first person that came to our home was friendly, professional, and informative. We were concerned about the safety of our garage doors. We made the decision to buy new metal garage doors that look like wood. Brandon was excellent in helping us with our decision. He was never pushy and was always polite, kind, and answered my questions promptly. He really worked with us to get safe and beautiful garage doors that fit our rustic style. The crew that installed the doors were very professional and informative. We love our new garage doors and are extremely satisfied with the service Cedar Park overhead doors provided.

They were very professional and helpful as we decided on a new door. They answered many questions about the door. We had questions about durability, insulation and price. The installation went very smoothly. They were here on time. The instillation itself went smoothly. The door is as represented during our question period. Went on schedule. Work was great but not all the work was cleaned up. Some sawing was required and teh sawdust was left on the garage floor afterwards.

1. On Thursday, June 29, 2017 I called for a auto gate repair. The gate opens but will not close. 2. Josh shows up on Saturday, 7/1 to diagnose the problem. He spends a lot of time but cannot figure it out. He tells me he needs to run diagnostics over the phone and the manufacturer is closed on Saturday. He says he thinks it might be the circuit board or the battery He says he will come back Monday.. 3. Monday morning, 7/3. Josh comes back and runs diagnostics. He says it is not the circuit board but the batteries. He needs to go to warehouse and get new batteries and come back. He says he will keep me updated. This is the last time I spoke to Josh. 4. Wednesday morning, 7/5, I called the shop. No answer, but I leave a message. I get no return call so I try 2 more times later in the day. No answer either time. I did not leave another message that day. 5. Thursday morning, 7/6. I call the office and leave a message. No return call. Thursday afternoon I call back and Ric answers. I explain the situation and Ric says he will investigate and call back. He does not. 6. Friday, 7/7. I call and Ric answers. He says that Josh has been back out (unbeknownst to me) and has determined that the battery has leaked onto the circuit board, ruining it. I obviously question this since I have already been told it was NOT the board. Ric says " I had the same question" although he never offered an answer. He said Josh was new and inexperienced. I said that I believed that I was under warranty anyway so just replace it. Ric said "Let me check with the warehouse and I will get back to you" . 7. It is now 7/11 and I have not heard anything. 8. I call back. I was informed the circuit board was NOT in fact under warranty. I said "just fix it". 9. Another repair guy shows up and replaces circuit board. (batteries have already been replaced). Everything seems to be working well. Over $400 later 10. The next day, the original problem resurfaces. Repair guy 2 comes out and looks at it again. Apparently, there was a loose wire. He re-attaches it and viola! it has worked ever since. So, I was charged for 2 batteries and 1 circuit board that was not bad. I spoke to the owner and got the runaround. I just paid and went on. DO NOT use this company! They used to do okay work. I do not know if they got too busy or what.

It went very well. A very nice young man came to replace the opener. Called me beforehand to give me an idea of when he would be at my place. No problems... done very quickly. I would call them again.

Cedar Park Overhead Doors inspected my faulty garage door opener and concluded that it could not be repaired due to its age (I had previously contacted the manufacturer, who indicated this would probably be the case based on the issue I reported). Cedar Park Overhead Door scheduled installation of a new door opener for the next day, and the repairman arrived on time and installed the opener very quickly and professionally. I had a discount coupon for their top of the line opener at an excellent price.

I would highly recommend Cedar Park overhead doors, they came out on labor day evening after my garage door turned in after hitting a garden tool. They secured my garage door. I then ordered a new door from them, installation went well and the price was fair.

Outstanding service! My garage door got stuck in the open position over a Holiday weekend. Even though I called on Saturday > 6 pm, they sent Joel out within the hour. He quickly figured out the problem with my 22 year old garage door opener and fixed it in < 30 minutes. Since it was so old, I asked about the cost of a new one. With an Angie's list deal, the installed price of a new garage door opener was fantastic. Thus, Joel came back after the Holiday and quickly replaced the unit. Overall, I highly recommend Cedar Park Overhead Doors for excellent customer service and quality of work. They were responsive, helpful, knowledgable, friendly and had great prices. Thank you!! Scott did a great job. He explained the job and the price for the job. He answered my numerous questions about the repair and mechanics of how the door operated. Very pleased with the job and Scott.

My door sounds better. The worker did a great job installing opener. Did not like paying Fuel fee to cover fuel expenses and vehicle wear. $10.00 The worker quoted me more for the opener than advertise. Worker took the old door opener without asking.

The work included an unscheduled repair to the weather stripping on one of the garage doors. This was in addition to the scheduled maintenance and was performed as requested. It did incur an additional charge, but I didn't feel that is was excessive.

Several years ago I hired Cedar Park Overhead Doors to do a tuneup on my door. They did much more than a tune up at a very reasonable price. I was impressed with the technician doing the work. More recently I used them again for a repair. This repair was done very well and I was also impressed with the friendliness and competence of the technician. Prior to the second repair I had noticed that my wooden doors (30+ years old) were starting to rot at the bottom. After the repair the technician pointed out some other problems and suggested it might be time to replace the doors. He was not trying to sell me some doors; he just pointed out the problems with the current doors and described the features of new doors. I visited their show room several days later, and decided to purchase the new doors. They were installed in the estimated time and the work was excellent. What has impressed me all three times I have had them out was the friendliness and competence of the technicians. The sales person in the show room was very friendly and helpful. There was no hard sale. I will continue to use this company for all of my garage door needs.

The people at Cedar Park Overhead Doors are great. They installed 2 garage doors with all new hardware for me without issue. They were on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone...

CPOD replaced it but at a cost of $300, which seems high to me for probably $50 in materials + 30 min of work.

Went very well. Jonathan checked everything, replaced some bolts, oiled, and cleaned up nicely. Very pleased!

Better than hoped. He realigned the sensor and showed me all the locations for routine homeowner maintenance (spray)- I had done the wrong sites.

Called them and they gave an appt for a tech visit in the afternoon right away. Issue was addressed by their technician and the door is functioning properly now.

The door was noisy and would bind up on occasion. The provider, David, arrived on time as scheduled and promptly resolved the problems with the door.
