The company was able to schedule next day service on a holiday weekend and was quick to identify the issue and resolve that day.

The repairman was right on time & was able to take care of the problem right away. He did an excellent job & we have not had anymore an issues since he fixed it.

The repair man was very prompt, courteous and fast. After diagnosing my old opener unit was too expensive to fix he made a second trip and brought back a new unit which worked great. I had him install an external key pad outside the garage door which the old unit did not have, so the new unit has that really nice feature. They did all this work on the same day I made my initial inquiry for a service call! The next time my garage door opener needs servicing I will definitely used them again.

Larry doing this job for me was like having my son working on it for me. His professional demeanor inspired a comfortable confidence in his ability to get it right the first time. I called Hutchins which is now owned by Cedar Park. They were responsive and helpful. Unfortunately they were missing some parts and were late, but they were quite apologetic and did their work well. Overall it went fine, but if you want to use the 10% coupon with the value package deal, you will have to discuss that beforehand and clarify any questions about price. They eventually worked it out with me, but the manager needs to decide which Angie's List coupons they take for what services and post it online--otherwise the coupon leads to confusion. Overall it was okay and they made a serious effort to honor the coupon (which I appreciate), so the matter was resolved.

We are very pleased with the service we got from Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors. Our garage door had got very squeaky when operating and we thought one of the remote devices had stopped working. When I called to request help the lady who answered the phone - Pamela - told me how to re-set the remote. She was very friendly and professional. The service man who came - Jeff - was punctual, pleasant and knowledgable. He did is work quickly and answered all our questions well and patiently. The door works much better now.

I had Larry tune my old garage door openers on 4-7, and then decided I didn't want to go through the hassle of them failing me again, due to their age, so I had Larry come back on 4-8, and install 2 belt drive openers. They're so quiet compared to my old chain openers, the first time I used them, I didn't think the door was working until I looked and saw the door raising! As on his previous visit, Larry called ahead and was on time. He's very courteous, friendly, and explains everything. I'm going to request he come back and install a key pad. I've already told my daughter and son-in-law the next time they have issues with their garage door, they have a reliable company and a reliable technician in Larry to call.

Overall it went perfect and I give them an A Start to finish above.

I called Cedar Park Overhead on 4-6, as one of my garage doors was not functioning and someone was sent to my home on 4-7. Larry called ahead and was on time. He was friendly, professional and explained everything as I had several questions. He also programmed my car to open one of my garage doors. The other opener was too old to program. I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to belt drive openers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cedar Park Overhead to friends and family.

They were excellent. They did an excellent job. I had tried to put the spring back together but it could not get in line. They came and tuned it in line. The garage door is now working smoothly. The workers were excellent. They were very helpful, and they did not try to sell me anything. They repaired the garage door instead of trying to see me any new service. I will use them again in the future.

One spring had broken in the night. I called at 8 the next morning and set a service call time for 1PM same day. Les arrived right at 1PM, evaluated the situation, recommended the I replace both springs (standard with 25 year old springs and expected) and also replace the 45 year old rollers. I agreed with that approach and he got the parts, returned, and had it all done by 5PM. We also had fun while he was working. I asked him to explain how the whole mechanism worked, and he did this, as well as showing me what he was doing all the way through the process. Heput a spacer on one roller to prevent binding, lubricated everything, and made sure the door was working just right before he left. When this garage door needs more service in the future, this will be the company I will call - no question. They have my trust and loyalty.

It was obvious that the garage door needed some work since the squeaky noise continued to get louder and louder as time went by. I called Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors and they were very prmpt with getting someone out here to detrmine what needed to be done. Once the service man arrived on site, he determined what the problem was and let me know what it would cost. He had all the necessary parts with him so it didn't take very long for him to complete the repair. I must say I was very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish.

We have had several other companies service our garage door in the past. This was the one company I had the most confidence in. They returned our call quickly and were out within two hours. They gave our garage doors a tune up and replaced the springs that broke. When they arrived, they had all the parts with them and fixed the doors immediately. The process took maybe 45 minutes. Our doors have worked great ever since they came out for the repair. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and did not ask for us to make the check out to them personally but to the company. They will be the company I call for any future calls.

After driving into our garage, I was disconcerted that the remote would not close the garage door. I tried the manual pad on garage wall and that didn't work either. After trying several more times and checking to see if there was some obstruction, my husband asked me to call in to get it repaired. We had not been satisfied with the last company we had out some years before; so, I went to Angie's List and selected Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors because they had a very good rating and because of the responses of the owner to the few ratings that were not so good. What impressed me was the respectful tone he used to explain their side of the story and his efforts to make miscommunications right. When I called, we were given an appointment for the same afternoon. Shortly thereafter, the technician, Dwayne, called to determine the problem, what kind of unit we had, and how old the unit was. When he learned the age of our unit, he said that it might be nearing its end of life and asked if we wanted him to bring a replacement, just in case. He also told me that they were having a sale on that part if it needed to be replaced. I thought that was proactive on his part but wondered if he would tell me the part needed to be replaced whether it needed to be or not. Dwayne did not keep us waiting; in fact, he was able to come before the appointment time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He listened to the unit, did some diagnostics, and determined that we did not need the part replaced. He did the required repairs and went above and beyond by educating us on maintenance we could do to extend the life of our unit; however, he also said if we were physically unable to do it, Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors could do it for us. Dwayne finished the job in a short amount of time and told us how much the repairs would be. We thought the cost was very reasonable considering his skill and the valuable information he shared with us. Also, when we asked if we could use the coupon we found on Angie's List, he cheerfully said we could do so. We were wowed! We are grateful to have found such a wonderful service provider and are grateful for Angie's List.

Cedar Park OH Garage Doors had a serviceman out to our house within two hours of calling them. They offered to come out sooner, but I had an errand to run. The serviceman did an excellent job considering the track was mangled and he had to pound out quite a bit of metal. He even greased and tightened all the working parts so that our 15 year old garage door works better than it ever has.

Experience was very good. They showed up on time, quickly figured out the problem, and had the spring replace in less than half an hour.

During the recent stretch of cold weather we had a garage door go out. I called for service at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I had a service tech out within two hours. The tech diagnosed the problem as a stripped gear in the opener and advised the cost to repair it vs the cost to replace it. I believe the estimate was approximately $190 to repair it and $259 to replace it. The tech returned two days later on Monday morning promptly as scheduled and replaced the garage door opener in a couple of hours. He attached the remote key entry pad outside the garage door and checked to make sure the key entry pad and the two remotes were all programmed and working correctly. He also lubricated the other two gargage doors we have. I have used this vendor several times including for the installation of a new garage door opener, replacement of a garage door and now, replacement of a garage door opener. They have always been excellent to work with. Prompt, quick service, very professional and a fair price.

I've got a dual car, wooden garage door and one of the springs broke requiring replacement. Called, got a quote for around $200 so I asked them to come out. When the repairman came by he indicated I was misquoted; the quote I received was for a steel door, not a wooden door. He said he would honor the quote I received. After replacing both springs and replacing all the wheels for an additional $100 I was very pleased with my service. Very friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

Excellent service by Les. I called late Friday morning. Les was in the Sun City area, and I was added to the list. Les is polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He greased the rail, adjusted the opener force, oiled the rollers and door hinges. He also took the time to show me and explain that I had rollers that did not have ball bearings. He showed me a roller that he installs with new doors. I will keep that in mind when the door needs replacing. I used a coupon from Cedar Park's Angies List which is what persuaded me to have the garage door serviced at this time.
