I used a prepaid coupon to tune up one of my two garage doors. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted within a couple of hours of purchasing the coupon. In addition to the tune up, I asked them to inspect and repair my other garage door. The representative came out as scheduled and did an excellent job of tuning up the doors and and repairing the second door.

The job went exceptionally well. Trini the Tech was knowledegable and kept me informed in what he would do.

Best garage door repair experience in 30 years! Cedar Park Overhead Doors asked a few questions and gave a straight forward estimate of the cost over the phone. The cost consisted of the cost of the springs plus the cost of a service call. Both costs were reasonable for my area. Les was at my house within 2 hours. He was very knowlegable and personable as well. He confirmed the problem, answered all my questions, and told me about local discount coupons would lower the cost. He was quick, efficient, and yet thorough. He installed 2 heavy duty springs with a lifetime warranty on parts and 3 years on labor. He also greased the track and adjusted the sensors as part of his service call. In addition he inspected the rest of the unit to insure that all was in order and I would not need him again anytime soon. I knew the rest of the unit was in great shape. So when he told me so, I knew I'd found an honest, reputable company that I would call again. Les also said I could call anytime of day or night. There is no extra after-hours charge; the cost is always the same. Before he left he went the extra mile and helped me reset my keypad and remotes faster than I could reset one remote. All in all, it was a great experience.

The installation went well, the door opens very smoothly and quietly. Everything went as planned, and the tech who did the work was knowledgable and helpful. He did not rush the job, and made an effort to make sure I knew what he was doing along the way. Great communication and execution.

I got AMAZING service form Thomas Bailey, Senior Service Tech. He was professional, punctual, called me en route to discuss my job and insure that he was prepared to complete. He also gave me an approximate time for the service, allowing me to make plans for my evenint. Not only did he perform the service requested, he took the time to educate me on things to watch for, preventative care, troubleshooting. I would recommend Thomas to anyone!

My garage door was operating erratically. I called this company and they sent technicians the same day which was great! Ted and Todd were the technicians and they were professional, courteous and punctual. They identified the problem with a wire and also made other recommendations to improve operation of my door. In addition to rewiring the safety eye, they replaced hinges, rollers and installed a strut on top section and lubed all parts. My garage door has never worked so quietly--I am very pleased.

I had a great purchase experience from start to finish; Ric was prompt in providing estimates and Dustin did a great job on the installation. Scheduling was easy since they had all the parts; only a one-day turnaround. Everyone was professional and responsive to my questions, concerns, and requests.

He was very professional, really new his business, and provided wonderful service, including programing both of our cars to operate the door. We were very pleased with the results and would hire this company again anytime we need service on our garage door.

I appreciated that Trinidad (the technician) called in advance to let me know he was running a little bit behind. When he arrived I was hoping Cedar Park Overhead Doors would just be able to fix the old garage door openers (we just moved into a new home) but Trinidad informed me that the old ones ran their course (they were about 19 years old or so). So, he provided me with two cost options and scheduled an appointment for the next day for the install. Trinidad was punctual and came fully prepared for the arduous task ahead. It was sweltering outside but he was very professional and thorough installing the two garage door openers. He was sure that everything was working perfectly and I appreciated his dedication to safety. He did a fabulous job! Courteous and professional technicians are hard to find. On a side note - I was first quoted a higher price for the install (the technician had to call in for the cost) but on the night before the install I checked online and noticed that the cost of the install should've been a lot cheaper. Of course I mentioned this to Cedar Park Overhead the next day of the install and it was resolved swiftly. Apparently there are different deals, my advice for Cedar Park Overhead would be to streamline their promotions. Even tonight I was going through the mail and came across a coupon that would have saved me another $20 or so if I shown it - it was for the same model I got installed =( Update: As promised, the owner sent a check to me! I was pleasantly surprised =) Thank you.

This company is amazing and the product is beautiful. We just purchased a new house, but the old garage door was not working and did nothing to add to the street appeal of the house. We visited Cedar Park Overhead Doors and were amazed about the types of products offered. The doors are handmade designs, based on the buyer's choice of many options. (Their website is very good). You get to choose the design, type of wood used, stain and window shape and glass. Once our selection was made, the door was installed within a few weeks. They did an excellent job and the house looks so much better now. You also have an option about automatic entry and code systems. We have had neighbors compliment our selection. I do not know the cost of standard garage doors, but this product is one-of-a-kind and worth the extra few hundred dollars. I know I sound like an "ad" for the company, but after dealing with so many contractors on our $100,000 renovation to our house, I have to admit this is my favorite purchase.

Gentlemen were on time, courteous and professional. There was a trainee with the journeyman and the job was completed quickly. I was assured that my doors did not need the more expensive part replacement check up but only needed a few minor tweeks.

Door was making squeaking noises and often would not close with the remote control. The technician (Jeff) adjusted the sensors and lubricated the rollers, hinges and springs. Also, adjusted the springs so they lifted evenly.

He did a great job. He was very honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was funny and easy to work with.

Got our whole crew together and were ready to head out for lunch. Hit the garage door opener and it grinded away for a few seconds before it gave up. On closer examination, the coil at the front was cracked in half. I knew this one was beyond my capability to fix quickly so I called Cedar Park Overhead doors. The person who answered the phone took all of my contact info and told me that a technician would call back shortly. Within about 10 minutes the technician called and indicated that he was only 10 minutes away. Right on time, I go out to the garage (the other garage door on our storage side opened just fine) and there he was already checking it out. Had the parts needed in his truck and went right to making the repair. Told me that the coils typically last about 10 years (this one was 9.5 years old). About 30 minutes later, it was good as new. He even oiled the door so that it stopped squeaking (my wife say's thanks). Wrote up the bill and told me that the coil had a lifetime guarantee. Thanked me for the business and was on his way. Off to lunch we go. $300 repair was a tough way to start our Sunday, but I was real happy with the promptness and service from this company.

They showed up on time, removed my old wood garage door, install a new 24 gauge steel door and a new garage door opener. They explained everything and cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have used Cedar Park Overhead since 2003 both in Cedar Park and our new home in Georgetown. Our neighbors had windows installed in the top panel of their door by AMS Garage Door. We tried to use the same company but found them to be difficult to deal with by not keeping a prearranged estimate date (one of those 1 to 5 PM calls that wasted my afternoon) and not returning two calls which the receptionist said she gave to the point of contact. Therefore, we contacted reliable Cedar Park Overhead Door. Ric was efficient and upfront for costs of a new top panel. We asked about a new door with insulation and tinted windows because our house faces south. The current door's aluminum backed foil is falling off the current door. After evaluating the pros and cons of a new door, we decided to go for a new factory installed insulation and tinted windows. Ric returned our calls, gave an estimate and an Angie's list discount. The installer appeared on time, was efficient, professional, and did an excellent job in aligning the door, rails, and ensuring the new door had a good seal to the garage frame. You get what you pay for and Cedar Park Overhead Door delivers.

We were looking around for garage doors (our old ones needed replacing something awful) but we were taking our time with it until a spring on one of the doors broke. Because the price of repair would have been a significant chunk of the price of replacing the door, we stepped up our schedule and got the doors replaced quickly. We didn't need anything fancy, which worked out well for us. Cedar Park Overhead Doors had the best price on the doors we selected AND they had them in stock! I stopped by the store on a Friday for some pricing. I then called on a Tuesday to place an order and schedule an installation. They came out on Wednesday, and by 1pm we had pretty new garage doors! As a cautionary tale, make sure you measure your existing garage door and garage door opening carefully! I wasn't as vigilant as I should have been, and thus gave an inaccurate measurement to the company. The doors are completely functional, but they're just a hair short, and thus some silver flashing can be seen on the edges of the door panels when you get up on the doors (you can't see it from the road). It's really just an aesthetics situation. Again, let me clarify that this was MY MISTAKE, not theirs. But Dwayne, the door installer, explained some options for addressing the situation, which I greatly appreciated. Dwayne was friendly and did not talk down to me, which I also greatly appreciated.

Jeff did a great job. I have an old garage door opener, and the key pad on the front of the house wasn't working and I needed an additional remote. I told him that I didn't know if I should fix the opener or get a new one. He could have sold me a new one. He checked it out and quickly fixed it. Very honest.

My 20 year old old Stanley garage door opener broke last week Had a ValPak coupon and checked Angie's list and called Cedar Park Overhead Doors. The phone rep was really helpful and I was able to get a Saturday appointment on four days' notice. Don and a helper came out and had a new top-of-the-line unit installed in about an hour at a reasonable price, including an outdoor keypad to let us get into the garage if we get locked out. The new opener is really quiet as well. They also programmed the HomeLink buttons in both cars for me and took plenty of time to show me how to adjust the unit (if it ever needs that), and add more openers. So I highly recommend this company -- wish all tradesman were this friendly and reliable.

Les Hanvey, our garage door technician gave us a courtesy call prior to coming to our house to assess the damage.He was very punctual and professional. He inspected the damage to the garage door, described the problem and gave us an estimate of the cost to make the repairs (that was reasonable). I appreciate how Les explained wat he was doing as he was making the repairs I will request his services the next time we have a garage door problem.

I have used this company before and even had them service my mother in law. They are the best!!! You call and they respond quickly and have people out within an few hours! It's rare you find a company so responsive, do quality work and not feel like you are being ripped off! I will continue to recommend them to people I know who are in need or work.
