Keith did a great job, first by coming out and giving an estimate, discussing the options for a new garage door opener, and encouraging us to visit their showroom to try out the different models. After I made my selection, he returned on schedule and did a great job installing the opener and teaching me how to use its features. I would definitely recommend Cedar Park Overhead doors and will continue to use them for future services.

I was trying to find a very annoying squeak in my garage door and was running the Genie opener up and down a considerable number of times. With the opener being 7 years old and having many openings under its belt, I managed to blow the motor start capacitor by running it so many times in succession. I had seen several TV ads for Cedar Park Garage Door and they appeared very customer oriented. I checked Angie's List and they had an A rating with many positive reviews. So, I contacted them and they confirmed they had parts for Genie openers. I made the trip to their location in Cedar Park and, while they had several new capacitors, none matched exactly the one I had. Instead of saying sorry and me having to continue my search, they went through their used parts stash and found one that matched mine exactly. I thought what they did was excellent customer service and fixed my problem with minimum expense. Should I need any more services for my garage door, Cedar Park GD will be the place I call. I really appreciated what they did.

All went well when they evaluated my desire to replace my 3 garage doors. They made suggestions on the type of garage door openers. I liked their suggestions. But their quoted price was $1600 more than the $4000 price that I bought them for. As they were leaving, they told me if I found a less expensive price, let them know and they will match it. I don't do business with people who make those statements. It is just an indication that they are not giving me their best price. And I don't believe I should be doing their competitive pricing research by giving them their competitors' prices.

From the moment I called, the service was impeccable. They were quick to get me on the schedule that morning and even gave me a discount. The service technician who came to my home, Casey, called me to let me know he was running a bit behind due to a difficult project right before me, but gave me an estimate of when he would be at my home and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Cedar Park Overhead Doors to my neighbors and friends.

They were terrific! My garage door won't operate correctly, it was something really simple that they fixed. Some companies would say that it was terrible and would cost me much. They were prompt, polite, and I recommended them to other people.

Very professional. Door came in earlier than anticipated. Installers cleaned up all debris and disposed of all material.

Great buying and repair experience - from the dispatcher initial communication to the onsite technician contacting and setting up the repair. Larry was our technical and did an excellent job quickly replacing the broken system (all in less than a few hours) - he evened made sure I knew how to program my additional remote controls and remote keypad was working - the little extra's done go a long way. This is our 2nd experience with Overhead Doors - again, another excellent experience - really shows great ownership and excellent employees at this company..

I hired Cedar Park Doors to work on a friend's garage door, using the $94 Angie's Deal. The door wasn't closing at all. The tech came on time and fixed the garage door so it operated easily. He also assessed a couple other things that will need replacing soon. He was very courteous and helpful to my friend. I've used them in the past and have always had a good experience.

We have no problem with the service provider, they in fact, installed an entire new system for us. We could not use this coupon because it was for service of an existing system. They told us to fill out a refund request.

Ted spent close to 2 hours making all of the necessary adjustment including rehanging the opener at the door, etc. raised left side track one inch all the way from top to bottom. Replaced the broken wall console, lubed all rollers. Ted kept me informed of what he was doing and explained what might need to be done in the future. He was very professional in every way. Excellent service at a very good price.

I had to make 2 attempts to contact Cedar Park Overhead Door before they telephoned me at 9 p.m. to schedule the service. After that, everything went well. Les, the technician, showed up within the time parameters promised. He was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. He explained that my door system was in good shape, but the main spring is near the end of its life expectancy. Les completed the cleaning and adjustments, installed the new rollers, and left within 30 minutes. He also gave me a written report on the services he had performed, and what might need to be done in the future.

My husband called about getting an estimate for fixing our garage doo and the company sent Casey out that afternoon and after seeing the problem he said the gears were stripped ant it wasn't worth trying to fix. He gave us an estimate to replace the opener with a new one that was better quality with a 3 year warranty ant that he would be back the next day to install it and he was true to his word, by the next afternoon we had a new garage door opener. Casey was very professional and fast and we really appreciated his efforts.

Called Cedar Park Doors on the morning of Oct. 8th and they were able to send out a technician by 1:00. Les was great - quickly assessed the damage and corrected all our problems within 15 minutes. He also installed a keypad entry on the outside frame of the garage. Les was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will definitely use this company again and, if possible, will ask for Les.

When they did the job the first time, they told me my garage opener was bad which I thought it was and they confirmed that the door was moving and I asked the man how much he charges on it and they told me I have to set up an appointment for them to come out the next day because it was too late the first day. They gave me a window and no one ever showed up, no one ever called. I had to call them the next day and they told me that it had gotten lost and they would send someone again. That was not the most pleasant experience. Their installation was great, it's just that unfortunately I've taken off, I was waiting for him, no one ever called. The work was good but punctuality, they're not very good on that. I provided the opener and they just did the actual labor. The quality of the work is good and everything was good. In the first day, I had an issue getting someone to at least call me and tell me they're not going to make it. I would definitely use them again.

We bought one service to Angie's List and then we went back and actually hire something else. They did their work quickly and professionally. Our garage opener stopped working and I had them service it before I bought the opener.

I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors on Wednesday Oct. 3rd for a tune up. I fully expected to hear they would come out on a day next week. They told me they would be here on Thursday Oct 4th at 9am. I was surprised. Hamed The Tech arrived on time. He did what I consider a complete inspection of a very old and worn garage door system. The rollers were in very bad shape as I suspected .He replaced them in no time. He brought attention to the slack in the chain and made the adjustment. He cleaned and lubed the spring and all moving parts. I was very impressed with my experience with Cedar Park Overhead Doors. I would not hesitate to call them for any future work or replacement of my garage door. They deserved to be "A" rated. Ernest Butler Austin Texas

They didn't deliver when they said they would. I had to cll them and remind them. They didn't really keep in contact with me.

They did an awesome job. They were prompt and they came when they said they would come. They did the work. He left the warranty information up outside the garage door opener. He was present and he knew what he was doing. The garage door works great. It's quiet. I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I did it. It was really good. They came the day I called them. They got back with me and said to call up to set the appointment. I called Saturday morning and they came by Saturday afternoon. I just spent the exact price for the big deal.

The technician was very pleasant and professional despite having to deal with a somewhat cranky door that did not want to co-operate. He did puzzle it out and it is (actually both doors are) working properly now. He also programmed all three cars. The office misquoted the charges for the programming but they honored the misquoted price. I would definitely use this company again. The other issue is purely a pre-purchase marketing issue but it is one that could have cost Cedar Park Garage Doors a job. The coupon said it was for a full garage door tune-up and roller replacement. Roller replacement is pretty self explanatory but what does a garage door tune up include? I had to research that on-line, call the company and ask what their tune up included so I could compare deals. If it were not for thelarge number of reviews that CPGD had, I would not have gone through this effort. This review is late in coming because I had emailed Angie's list asking clarification for whether I could include the last paragraph as coupons are technically advertising but I don't think it is the form of advertising referred to on the don't list. Other than a response saying it would be passed up the chain I have received no response though months have passed. It is, however, something I would think the company would want to know for future reference.

They arrived on time and installed a new garage door opener to replace an old one. They also installed new rollers. They recommended that we get new springs. They did such a good job, we scheduled them back out to install the new springs. We would definitely use them again.

Very punctual, did exactly what was asked, offered tips to help the garage door to last longer, would definitely use again.

Gilbert was great. He came on time and assessed our problem. He gave us a choice of materials and then put it on order. When he came back to perform the work, I was impressed with how quick he did the job all by himself (I think it was only an hour and a half). When he was done, he showed me the operation and helped me program the remote to a new code. Overall, he did a great job!

We couldn't have been happier or more satisfied. Matt G. did a great job and was veru personable.

The provider was very punctual and professional. I was impressed with the service. I did end up needing relatively major work done (which I was kind of expecting) and he gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend, and will use them again in the future.
