Cedar Park Overhead Doors

Technician called ahead to say he was coming. He arrived early and began his work. He suggested replacing door rollers with a higher quality roller for a smoother operation. I agreed to this, and work was completed quickly. When I wanted to use an Angie’s List coupon for the added service, technician said I could not as I already was getting a special price for the tune-up. I paid the full amount and later messaged the company to let them know their coupon did not clearly state that the service discount could not be combined with the tune-up. I was contacted later that day and offered a refund for the cost of the service discount I had expected. I was very impressed that this company answered my concern and satisfied me as a repeat customer.

Responded very quickly and did the work when promised Very polite and easy to work with.

They fixed the door and it was back to normal operation in an hour.

I feel badly writing this review so late as this was done at the end of June first of July by Jimmy Doran. Actually I had multiple projects with the house that I was going through and just could not finish up things. Jimmy came and assessed what he needed to fix the door and promptly came and fixed it the next day. I was very impressed as he was the best worker I have had during this very busy time for me. They sent him out immediately and I was so impressed with him.

The repairman showed up early, completed the work quickly, fixed more issues than I expected, and charged a fair price. My garage door had multiple issues with it, and I was worried it may be time to replace it, but he fixed all the problems. While my door is still old, it now has at least a little more life in it. I often make minor repairs myself, but the door was really bent out of shape this time, and I'm glad I got professional to fix it.

Cody and Brandon G. came out to diagnose the issue with my garage door and determined that the spring was broken. They came back a few hours later and replaced it with a new spring that has a lifetime warranty, for a reasonable price. I am very pleased. I told them that I found them on Angie's List, and, because of that, they tried to do an especially good job. The final price was slightly below their quote.

My garage torsion spring broke and my car was trapped. I found out that Cedar Park Overhead Doors was highly rated on Angie's list and called them. They came out the same day. Dwayne replaced the broken torsion spring and recommended adding a second torsion spring because one spring was insufficient for the weight of the large and heavy garage door; which was the reason the torsion spring had broken. Dwayne was great! He was friendly and worked amazingly fast and efficiently - He did a great job! I would highly recommend Cedar Park Overhead Doors.

I emailed Cedar Park Overhead Doors about the deal they were offering and I was contacted immediately. I scheduled an appointment. I was given the option of a morning or afternoon appointment. The morning of my appointment I was contacted and told the technician was on his way. The technician serviced my garage door and has the door opening and closing in a smooth and quiet manner.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Haven't had one in years. Found one within my budget. It's a chain drive but very quiet. CPOD Arrived as scheduled, installed the opener fairly quickly and was done. I've used this company before to replace the springs on my garage door. They are very helpful, polite and professional. I will use them for all of my garage door needs.

Everything went well and service was performed 2 days later do to needing custom springs. Had door rollers upgraded and installed as well.

Shelby had called me before he arrived at my house and arrived on time. He figured out issue in my garage door quickly and did excellent job to fix this issue. I'm very satisfied with his work and will hire again in the future if there is any issue in my garage door.

All I can say is wow! Had a busted spring on my large garage door which completely seized up the door where it could not be opened; car trapped and an important meeting the next morning. I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors at 8:45PM on a Tuesday thinking I could find an opening first thing in the morning by leaving a message. Instead, the phone was answered and their technician Thomas was at my house in 15 minutes. Total professional, installed two springs and rollers all within one hour! Absolutely amazing! No issues, quality job and amazing service. I was astounded as you just don't see this level of service anymore. You will with Thomas and the team at Cedar Park Overhead Doors. Recently had Scott and another technician out to help with a malfunctioning garage door. They called a few times prior just to let me know they were coming and coordinating a time which I appreciated. They showed up when they promised. Prompt and on time. Very professional and helped me troubleshoot a wiring problem that they couldn't fix because it was in my attic. However, they told me how to fix it, gave me a few tips and told me to call them if I had any problems. This is the third time I've used Cedar Park Overhead Doors and I can't praise them enough. I can't wait for my garage door to break again. (joke). Seriously, it's so hard to find quality, reliable and dependable services these days. They're great!

One of the springs broke on my 17 year old garage doors. As usually happens, I discovered it on Saturday afternoon. I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors and they set up an appointment the next day, Sunday morning. Thomas came out and replaced the springs on both my doors with the newer torsion springs, and also replaced all of the older worn rollers. Problem solved.

We were very impressed with the installation and the product itself. LOVE our new garage door. It truly makes a difference to the look and feel of the exterior of our house. EVERY time we drive up my wife says "Slow down. Don't you just love our new door?".

Called for next-day service and everything was done quickly and satisfactorily.

ok but not too interested in the job it seemed. could be i didnt live in a newer neighborhood.

During the initial check it was determined that our old door was about 75% broken and couldn’t be repaired but needed replacement. We ordered a new door and it was placed on hold while we cleaned out our garage. My husband was told the boards on the sides of the garage door would also be replaced but that didn’t make it into the written email estimate and was not done. When it was scheduled for a Thursday, they arrived on the Tuesday before and had to come back on the Thursday we had scheduled it for. They apologized for getting the install date mixed up. They were polite and professional during the installation, and we are pleased with our new door.

Purchased a deal through Angie's List. Installer was running late, but did call. Service was performed quickly and was satisfactory. This is the second time I have used this company for something, and I would hire them again.

The repairman came, checked it out, made sure everything was working well. Thought it might have been an electrical issue, so he didn’t charge me because he didn’t need to repair anything.
