The installer arrived on time and was very professional. He installed a unit that I had purchased myself. It took about two hours. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and gave me a full rundown of all the features. He got everything set up, clean up after himself and was very polite. Great job and great service!

Cedar Park had handled the other garage door. When I called, I was given 2-3 alternatives. Chose the system I wanted, and it was installed promptly. I have used Cedar Park for my house and my parents' house, and they have always been excellent.

We had a new garage door installed by another company in mid November 2013. Last week the top panel started to buckle upon closing causing the garage door to open back up. When I called (Jan 31st) the company that did the installation I was told that the owner was the only one that did site visits for "re-do" requests. He would not be available until the 10th. There was no way we were going to be without a garage door for a week and then who knows how long to get a replacement. So we call Cedar Park Overhead Doors (CPOD). Scott came out that same day assessed the problem and gave us a quote. At the suggestion of the CPOD rep we called the original company back since it was a warranty issue but no answer, so we engaged CPOD to repair the door. On Feb 4th the new panel was installed. Even though it cost us an additional $337 it was well worth the customer service and prompt response. Thank you Cedar Park Overhead Doors for your prompt and professional service.

We didn't actually use the special deal. Between the time of our Angie's List purchase and calling Cedar Park Overhead, our garage door broke and we needed a repair rather a check up. Cedar Park Overhead was prompt, courteous and took care of our problem quickly.

Sean and Gary called prior to arriving. They arrived on time and provided an estimate that was extremely fair. They were professional and provided all details of the repairs that needed to be performed. Once the job was complete, they reviewed the work with me. I could not be happier. This is my second experience with this company and I will continue to be a customer.

I emailed Cedar Park Overhead Doors via their website Sunday night to request installation of a new garage door opener. They called promptly Monday morning and offered to do the installation that afternoon. The Tech called a little while later and said he could be at the house in 30 minutes if I was available. The Tech arrived promptly and began work. I let him know I had a call in an hour and he ensured the work was complete before my call. Cody let me know about potential problems that may arise with the door (springs are nearing the end of their lifecycle) but did not pressure me to buy additional services that day. He took the old opener and even hauled off the the ancient, original opener that was left by the company that installed the door and the opener that recently broke. Cody explained how everything worked then left in time for me to attend my meeting. Great experience! I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors Monday morning. I told them that my garage door opener was not working properly. I asked if they could go to my house and fix it while I was at work. The person I spoke with was courteous, interested in my problem and anxious to help. He said they would be out to fix it that afternoon. I also asked him to provide two new programmed remotes with the repair. I left a remote outdoors where they technician could get to it. Midmorning I received a call from the CP Overhead Door technician, Glen. He was very courteous and capable. Glen was at my home beginning the diagnosis. About an hour later Glen called telling me he repaired the door opener, adjusted the door on its track so it closed smoothly and would leave two new programmed remotes for me. I gave him my credit card information to pay for the work. When I got home that afternoon the garage door worked perfectly and the two new remotes were waiting for me. The whole process was very simple for me and the cost was very reasonable. I am extremely pleased.

Scheduling was a breeze, and very prompt. Everything went better than expected. I thought we were going to be targeted for an upsell (I'm always skeptical of big deals), but they were very professional and did not recommend anything extra.

Brent was the technician who came out and worked on the door. He was prompt and professional. After completing his work he took the time to show me what he had done. He also showed me areas I needed to plan for future repairs. When I told him my husband and I were considering replacing the door in the near future he showed me several options and went over cost. He suggested my husband and I go out look at the options in the showroom. The Angie's List coupon saved me money and this company was an excellent service provider. I will use them in the future.

The service was good. I just needed a repair other than what was included in the coupon.

I called to set-up an appointment late last week and they were able to fit me into their schedule very easily. Keith called 30 minutes prior to arrive and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was wearing the company uniform so it was easy to identify him as the technician. The garage door had been jerky when it was lowering. After watching the door lower, Keith immediately found the issue. One of the bolts securing the garage door track had become stripped and was not longer anchoring the track. Keith replaced the bolt, lubricated the rollers, hinges, and track for the belt. The door is gliding along the tracks and is quieter than it has been in 5 years.

Late Friday afternoon, I had to disengage my electric garage door opener. The motor would run but the door would not close. I was so pleased that Cedar Park Overhead Doors could send a technician over early Saturday afternoon. I received a courtesy call from Casey when he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. He immediately saw the cause of the problem and promptly fixed the disconnected rail and secured it well. The door is operating perfectly again! When I need service in the future on my garage door I will definitely use Cedar Park and I would ask for Casey who was fast, efficient and courteous. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

They were very responsive when getting the initial estimate. However when we ordered found any downhill. We Judas to special order a door and they ordered or received the wrong door. The worst part was the communication I called after the first 2 weeks they said they would call mgr right back and I had to call them back the next day to find out the wrong door had been ordered. They did install on Saturday which was nice and the technician was very professional. |

I heard a major 'clang', shortly after lowering my garage door, the result of the snapping of one of the two springs that help the opener raise and lower the garage door. Called Overhead Doors of Cedar Park, just before 8:00AM, possibly before their opening time. They sent two techs who efficiently replaced both springs, did some routine maintenance (lubricated the rollers), cleaned up , pointed out some rot in my garage door, and left. The door is operating well. I did not shop around for a better price, the techs quoted me a price I thought was realistic,

Keith from Cedar Park Overhead Doors came out to replace the torsion spring on my garage door. He was very timely and communicated when he was on his way over to the house. Keith was very professional and provided a lot of knowledge about the garage door function and condition. He replaced the torsion spring and damaged cables. Keith also identified that the original installer installed an undersized spring impacting the function of the opener. In looking at the rollers on the door we could see that they had a lot of play and he replaced those as well. The door works great now!!! I really appreciate Keith's professionalism and knowledge he provided during the repair of the door. I would absolutely recommend Keith and Cedar Park Overhead Doors to anyone requiring service on their garaged door.

Great service. They came out and did a complete replacement of a fifty-year old masonite door and a twenty-year old motor. They were able to track down just the door we wanted. We had to wait a couple of extra days, but they had it installed for us in just a couple of hours once they picked it up. Highly professional. Even did the work in light rain with temps in the 30s. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our garage door opener stopped working and there was no way to secure the garage door. A technician came out that same day and secured the door with a lock. We scheduled a return visit the next day to replace the opener. The technician did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely use this company again.

I needed a new garage door remote and requested that all remotes and car to be reprogrammed. Yes, it did turn out to be a very simple job that I could have done if I just read the manual, but at least now I know exactly how to program everything and both of my garage doors are cracking at the top. I was given a reasonable price to repair the doors and the technician explained in great detail what services they would provide when installing the new door panels . The technician was very nice and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their garage doors.

I called Cedar Park Overhead doors when I found out how bad my previous opener/installation was in my new home. I moved into my house and were living there for just under a month when I started having issues with the garage, I consider myself very handy and figured I'd fix the issue. As I dug deeper and deeper I realized just how bad the issue was and quickly realized it had spun out of control. The rails, opener and wiring were all done incorrectly and very unsafely!! With some urging from family I decided to have a proffesional come save me the hassle, I went to home depot and bought a new opener and called Cedar Park Overhead Doors. The receptionist was very kind and proffesional and the deeper I went explaining the issue she transfered me to the service manager, he told me the istall would be $145. I didn't believe the actual price would be this low conisdering the job they had in store for them, this was far more than just an average every day opener install. They told me when the technician could come over but it was during my work hours so they gladly accomadated for me unitl after work. Glen Sanders showed up promptly on time and was very personable and nice, I only breifly explained the issue and he quickly understood the scope of work and did not hesistate what so ever. I felt guilty allowing another guy to fix my house when I sat by and offered to help, he just told me he got it and for me to "Go enjoy my night!", I thought this was really cool of him. Glen went above and beyond the scope of work, I doubted very much it would turn out okay but when I cam out at the end of the project it looked even better than I hoped it could look. He reinforced the new opener and track, tuned up my exsisting one, even went as far to make the cables and wires very neat looking by running them along the hanger. I was super pleased in the work that he did and was expecting a bill of well over $200, he told me it was going to be $145 and I was shocked!! I wrote the check, shook his hand and now enjoy my beautiful new garage door opener. They just made a customer for life, I highly reccomend using this company, they are very realiable, very honest, hard working and will do the job right! A+++++ work for sure!! Thanks Glen!!

I called them up in the morning and they were able to come out the same day in the afternoon, and the noise the door was making stopped.

They tuned up my garage door and replaced the rollers. It had not been done in 22 years. They called ahead to confirm when they would come and came on time. The tech was pleasant and explained what he would do. He made recommendations of additional items but was not pushy. I will use them again. I thought this was a good deal.
