They were on time, punctual and all the above. Everything was perfect.

We appreciated Karl's work so much the first time that he was the only person we called when we had another problem with the gate. We were having some work done on fencing in the back of our property and that provider tried to jump the gate with his work trailer on the way in after my husband drove out rather than waiting for the gate to close and entering the code. The gate closed on his trailer causing tremendous damage to the gate. The guy wanted an opportunity to repair what he broke but after he did and got the gate functioning again we realized that it was not in the condition it had been and seemed to be barely functional. We called Karl and he was out in less than 24 hours to diagnose the problem. We had taken pictures of the original damage and he was able to inspect the "repairs" that were done. He wrote us an estimate for exactly what the problem was and why the repairs were not adequate. Karl is awesome! We appreciate his expertise and professionalism and are extremely grateful for his assistance in dealing with this problem. WE HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AND KARL FOR ANY AUTOMATIC GATE WORK THAT YOU NEED!!!!

I called late on 11/5/13 because my garage door abruptly stopped opening. The office staff was very friendly and promptly had a technician out the next day. He discussed with me my options and was very knowledgeable about his products. I chose to have the opener system replaced, which was done promptly that day. The technician was very friendly and efficient. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement.

These guys are good. My wife informed me at 6:00 a.m. on her way out the door to work that there was a cable hanging down from her garage door opener. The spring on one side had broken. At 7:30 a.m., I was able to reach a real person at Cedar Park Garage Door and there was a technician at our house by 10:30. I had used Matt in 2010 for my other garage door. Larry was the technician that was dispatched this time. Larry presented the options and recommended the superior option of a torsion system to replace the existing cables and springs system. It was only slightly more expensive and Larry was done in under an hour....... impressive. The new system is super quiet, looks much cleaner than the old system, and is much better balanced than the old system. It seems I replaced the springs every 5-7 years and I am confident this new torsion system will last significantly longer. The cost was a little higher than expected, but the value received was certainly superior to justify the added expense.

They couldn’t perform the work but was they were very responsive, courteous, professional, and helpful.

Called right after we realized the spring was broken on a Friday evening. CP Overhead doors came out within 1 1/2 hrs of our call and fixed the spring promptly and professionally. Very pleased with the level of customer service provided.

Installer encountered an issue with the door sensor wiring. Cedar Park Doors sent another installer to help and the two installers worked on the failing wire until they got the system working again. Door rollers were replaced and the door adjusted so that it is balanced perfectly. New belt drive door opener works well and is much quieter than the old chain drive opener. All in all, a great deal: the result is a well balanced, quieter door and an excellent new door opener that is also quieter and has automatic closing timer and battery backup.

We had a relatively new garage door opener stop working. Called Hutchins (Cedar Park). They came that afternoon and told me that the openers I had were problematic (Genies) and hard to repair. After doing a little diligence I felt their assessment was correct and had them replace both with Liftmasters the following day. They also lubed the doors. The doors work better now- open faster and do not sound so strained. Price seemed reasonable (priced the units they sold me on line) and the service was as promised.

It works better than ever. The guy was quick and very good.

I contacted them based on a neighbor's recommendation in addition to the A rating on Angie's List. I also had a Valpak coupon which offered a 24 gauge uninsulated metal door for $649. In addition, they took off another 5% for an AARP membership. They replaced the door, tracks, rollers, and springs. It took about 1 - 2 hours. There were two people who came out a couple of days after someone else came out and gave me an estimate. Both installers were competent and friendly. One of them had a lot of experience and really knew what he was doing. The other was taking his direction. They did a good job. Final cost included an optional door opener ($35), disposal ($20), Fuel ($10) and tax ($59), minus the AARP 5% discount ($37)

It was cold and rainey, but Jimmy showed up around 9:30am. I was gone at the time, but my wife called to tell me he was here fixing to start work. I was really surprised because I had told Ric (the man who set up the appointment) that if ithe weather was going to be bad we could wait until it warmed up. I then told my wife I would be home in about 30 minutes and that he would be here for sometime changing out the rollers. When I drove up Jimmy was in the process of writing up a ticket for the work he had done. I asked him if he was through and he said yes. Jimmy was very professional, and explained and showe me the work he had performed and then asked me to lower and raise the garage door. Prior to him changing out the rollers the garage door sounded likie some door you hear in a haunted house, plus it always sounded like it was going to fall off the tracks. This door now gives you the silent treatment when you lower or raise it. This outfit is first class, and I will use them again, with or without a coupon, and anyone who needs something done to their garage door would not be going wrong in using them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He came out and had to do something completely different from the deal so I couldn't use the original deal. Everything is working great. I didn't pay an exorbitant amount. It was in line with what I expected and it wasn't out of the ordinary. He didn't rush but he was very efficient with his time. I would definitely use him again. We had a hard time connecting. I originally called about the deal and they wanted me to talk to a specific person. I was kind of getting a little frustrated but then they redeemed themselves. He was punctual once he came out. He was very professional.

It went pretty well. They actually also replaced the springs. The door has held up fine since they did the work.

Although I had purchased a new roller with the Angie's deal, they said that I did not need one so they were going to refund me the difference. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. I will certainly use them again

I hired this company to perform long overdue general maintenance and replace rollers on my garage door opener, which was purchased from this same provider about fourteen years ago. This was the first service I have had performed on the garage door opener. Keith called about ten minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time and arrived a short time later. The entire service took less than thirty minutes. He was neat and clean. The garage door no longer squeaks and squeals and operates smoothly. Keith also pointed out several bolts he had replaced which over the years had apparently worked themselves out, which I had not (and would never) notice.

I bought discount certificate through Angie's List and called the same day for appoinmennt. Repairmane cam out same day. The door was very noisy when working and had stalled a couple of times.. He replaced rollers, greased and did other stuff. Door is much working much quieter and more efficiently. Very pleased with work, customer service and responsivess. I give them an A+

Once we made contact with them (we had to end up calling Angie's List, and they contacted the contractor), they called and set up the appointment. They were prompt then, did a very good job on the garage doors (it's such a pleasure not to hear that noise anymore). I most certainly would use them again.
