Cedar Park Overhead Doors

"Casey" was great! He called 20 minutes ahead of time and showed up right on time. He explained what he was going to do, then changed the rollers on my garage door, tuned it up, and now BINGO! It's as quiet as a microwave. (well, not quite, but a lot quieter) Casey was efficient with time, cleaned up well afterwards, and answered several of my questions about garage door safety. Thanks Cedar Park and thanks Casey!

Excellent! The tech, Gary, came out and inspected the door, lubed all the appropriate parts, replaced the rollers and explained all of the dos and donts of the door. Highly impressed with the integrity of this company.

It went very well and I had no problem or whatsoever. I would give them the highest marks in every category. They were very honest. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I used the things I have. They were on time and they were quick to get it done.

The tune-up made a huge difference. The doors use to make a screaming noise when you open and close the doors. The doors are now much more quiet and do not scream and creak when they are open/close. Could not be more happy with the service.

They did an excellent job. They were kind of expensive but they did a great job. I had a problem since, they came back and fixed it with no charge to me. I'm very happy with their service.

They fixed tuned-up and fixed the sensors quickly and for a reasonable price.

It was good. They sent 1 tech and he was at the home for about a half hour.

The wall button for my garage door opener was not working and I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors. The person advised me to check a few things with the wiring and I was able to fix the issue myself. I am very satisfied with their service and will not hesitate to use them again.

I called for service at 5 pm on Saturday when the roller on my garage door came off the track and I could not get it back on. Everyone I talked with at Cedar Park Overhead Garage Door was polite and responsive. Although they were backed up with service calls due to the weekend, they agreed to come late the same evening and repair my garage door. It was close to 11 PM when Gary arrived, but he was cheerful and very competent as he went about diagnosing the problem as a broken spring that needed to be replaced. In spite of the late hour, he stayed until the job was complete and checked all parts to make sure everything was operable. Gary even spent time getting to know my shy little dog who was nervous due to all the late night activity in the garage. Based on my experience, I would most certainly use Cedar Park Overhead again and recommend this company to my neighbors and family with confidence. Once again, my special thanks to Gary for a job well done and making time for me in his busy schedule.

They came out and lubricated the garage door and replaced the rollers. The completed the job in one day. I was not there when they came out, but they left the carbon copy report with me.

It was good service but their cost was a little bit out of hand. Other than that, everything else was good. They were prompt and they cleaned up well after the service.

The work was performed quickly and efficiently. I had a broken garage door spring and purchased the discounted service with the thought that it would help pay for the repairs. I was informed that it did not and was only good for maintanence. The repairman came out and was able to repair my broken door in a couple of hours after arriving at my location.

Provider greeted and introduced himself. He thoroughly performed multi-point inspection. He explained what he has completed and helped me understand the results. Also he performed necessary tune-up and adjustment to timer or sensitivity of both the garage doors.

Excellent service, done on time, when promised, complete satisfaction. I was provided with several cost effective options to remedy the 13 year old broken spring on my garage door. I opted for a complete door replacement as most cost effective long lasting path forward. Excellent door quality, service and installation. Have used this firm in the past and would again if needed.

bought the $94 tune up and roller replacement hoping it would help my very sick garage door that I have needed to replace for a while. They gave me a good deal and it was replaced in a couple days!!!! These guys have actually come out a couple times and were awesome!! One time the wire to the door opener had been pulled down and they fixed it for me and didn't even charge me. WHAT??? That never happens. CP Overhead will always get my biz.

These are the folks I should have started with. After a false start with another company, Cedar Park Overhead Doors provided the service that was needed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. The price included a steel door with some insulation, the springs, new tracks, and new garage door opener. It did take a bit for the door and parts to arrive and communication was not stellar about that (hence the B in responsiveness), but all-in-all a good job.

It was good. I didn't needed a lot of service but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad that I got the service. The garage door was extremely noisy and he told me that the door itself at some point in time probably needs to be replaced. It's a very cheap door but too much noisy but once it gets dented it's pretty much destroyed but until that point in time I don't need another door. In other words, he told me there is limitations in what I had, he was knowledgeable about that and so I'll hold on to it until it's not good anymore and then replace it with something better. He serviced the door as best as he could.

Whatever it was, what they did is fine. I think what surprised me and impressed me was I think that the springs have a lifetime warranty. I guess lifetime of the door or your lifetime in the house and that's impressive.

Jeff was awesome, called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. I was hoping to get service before the hockey game and they showed up with in 3 hours of my initial call. He was able to replace the single spring with a double spring to improve performance and gave a discount because of the upgrade. Explained all the reasons why the spring broke and then even calibrated the motor to be optimal. Finished the service leaving a sticker near the garage door button to give the service call info and the contact information if I needed them again. He didn't have spare remotes, but was forthcoming and even showed me how to program a new remote if I purchased the generic ones from Lowe's or Home Depot. Overall, I would highly recommend Cedar Park Overhead Doors and if you are lucky to get Jeff, then you are definitely in good hands.

They came on the same day we called which was a Sunday and on time. No extra fee for Sunday. They replaced the old rollers which were installed by another company about 7 years earlier. They commented that the old rollers were inappropriate since they were too small for my garage door. They were very professional and the job was completed very quickly. Very pleased with the experience and would use them again.

The repairman was hours late.

The installer (Matt) who came to my residence, did an outstanding job he went above and beyond - which is rare for most companies I have dealt with. I had not run power to my building yet so I provided two 100ft outdoor electrical cords and Matt installed everything in the metal building and then demonstrated all the features. I purchased the highest R-value residential garage doors I could get and they looked much better than the roll up doors the metal building company was offering. Matt even installed my window A/C in the building for me - because the metal installers would not do it. The belt driven garage door openers are very quiet. Excellent customer service!!!

Door had been finicky for a week and had stopped closing. The technician did a complete tune up and gave me a few tips as well. Same day appointment, prompt, helpful. Overall, a great experience.

For the price, it was well worth the work done.
