The same afternoon that I called them on the phone and they did not have to come out. They just scheduled the service on a Saturday and they were able to get that completed. It was the same door that I already have, the only thing different was the warranty for the labor, which was 3 years.

On time and very professional. Services exceeded expectations. I love how well my garage door operates now.

He came out and looked at the door and determined it needs to be replaced. The deal doesn't cover this service, so I will have to wait to get a new door when I can do that. He showed up during the time frame they gave me, and he seemed pretty knowledgeable.

Prompt, punctual. This is a rent house in the Austin area (I live in New Braunfels). They kept me informed & coordinated with the occupant.

The installer, Scott O, was excellent. He came onsite, gave me a fair estimate, showed up on time, worked in tight quarters to install my garage door (I purchased from another store) and new garage door opener (purchased from his company), cleaned up when finished, and the job was done in no time. I really appreciated his professionalism, politeness, promptness and accommodating me in a short period of time. I would recommend them and use them again.

I have used CPOD for many years for maintenance and repairs. Their response time is great and they that care of the repair or issue in a timely manner. I even had them take care of a door event via my neighbor while I was out of the country. They are my go to folks for door repairs.

Very happy with the service. They gave me all the information I needed over the telephone and explained the cost of items not included in the deal (the deal was for the new garage door opener, but there was an extra cost for remote keypad). They also explained the differences between the different openers available with the deal WITHOUT trying to talk me into the highest cost opener. We have used Cedar Park Overhead Doors to repair our garage door in the past and will continue to use them. When one of our springs broke 9 years after they installed it, they replaced it for free. When our old garage door opener (not installed by them) died, it was a no-brainer to have Cedar Park Overhead Doors install the replacement ... and then to find an Angie's List Big Deal on it was just gravy!

Garage door had a crack where the coupling for the garage door opener was. Keith said that eventually the opener would rip the top of the door off. That seemed logical to me. Keith installed a new door and adjusted the garage door opener. Everything works fine now.

The spring broke on my garage door. I heard it pop around 2:30 pm on Sat. Aug. 30. A few companies I found on Angie's List were either closed or too busy to get to me until later that night or Sunday, which would mean an after-hours charge. I was worried because this was Labor Day weekend, and I feared that I might have to wait until Tuesday to get some help. I found Hutchins Garage Door Repair on Angie's List and called. The person who answered my call said they could send someone out between 4pm and 6pm. Great! Casey called me about an hour later to tell me he would be on his way. I was a bit confused because he works for Cedar Park Overhead Doors, but apparently Cedar Park owns Hutchins. Anyway, he came right out, saw what the problem was immediately, and replaced the spring in 45 minutes. He oiled it up well afterward. I was very happy with the service. The spring is guaranteed for the life of the door. The spring cost $150 and the labor was $97.50. I got 10% off because I found him on Angie's List. Cedar Park Overhead Door is open 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week, which is good to know.

These folks are amazing. Everything is perfect. The openers are quiet, the doors are beautiful, and the garage is now about 30 degrees cooler than before the new doors. The installer Larry was very professional and clearly knew his craft and his work was excellent.

So fast was the service that the provider said there would be no charge. Awesome!

The installation went well. He mostly just installed a key pad and remote opener. I'm limited in terms of who I can use due to my home warranty, but if Cedar Park were covered, I would use them again!

I called on Saturday, and they were able to schedule me for Monday. Gary arrived early in the morning, and was willing to lower the price they'd quoted me, to match another quote I'd gotten. He replaced the garage door opener, installed a new switch on the wall, installed a new keypad just outside the garage, and also lubricated the rails. He was friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and answered all my questions. I will definitely call these guys again, when I get around to replacing the garage door itself.

They were very prompt and seemed to know what they were doing. everything is working great.

The work was done in three different sessions, because I contacted them originally through a voucher I bought for a tune up and roller replacement. It turned up that I didn't need the roller replacement but one of the springs was broken. The gentleman who came to do the job, did not know I had purchased a voucher through Angie's list. The shop confirmed over the phone and the price of the voucher was discounted. He replaced both of the springs. I enquired about insulation. He quoted me $450 and while I thought it was expensive, since he explained that they use for insulation the genuine product from the door manufacturer, I decided to go ahead. After I saw online that both the jobs were more expensive than other similar jobs they've done, I called their office to get a price review. The lady in the office couldn't give me a price, but overall she convinced me that they price I was given was adequate. I explained why I had called to double check, so, magically, my final bill was $100 cheaper than the quote. The gentleman that came to do both jobs was very polite, and friendly. Professional. He called on his way here and when some of the insulation parts had not been delivered and had to schedule. The door now closes perfectly well. No noise. Reduced heat and both sides of the door are sealed. Was this it a bit expensive?: Yes. But, am I satisfied with my garage door now?: Yes!

He was pretty good. It took him longer to complete the job because he did not have all the parts needed and we had to schedule for another day to finish up. They finished the job over 2 days. He was a really nice guy and he did a good job.

Arrived on time, did job as promised and was quick to complete work. Attempted to up-sell me on replacing door spring which will likely be needed in near future (given spring's 20 year age and visible rust) but was not overly pushy. Will call them again when ready to replace spring.
