Cedar Park Overhead Doors

I'm indifferent to him. I don't know if he was honest or not. He looked at my garage doors and he suggested that I needed new stuts and a lot of other work. I later used someone else. He didn't come up with the same conclusion. So far, my garage doors are working fine. I'm not sure that he was trying to upcharge me.

Excellent! The replacement was a heavy duty LiftMaster 8550 opener which will last a good long while. It came with a coupon deal on the website and was pretty much all inclusive. They even replaced the rollers on the garage door with a better roller. The door glides and is pretty much silent when opening and closing. The control will also automatically shut the door after a certain amount of time if left open. Gary and his team mate know their stuff, were kind and friendly, and really made the experience much better than I expected.

I had a single spring on my door that broke. Cedar Park overhead doors replaced with a dual spring. I chose duel because of the nice discount that was offered! Michael was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable, and very fast! I'm going to save up for a new motor that I can control via an app!! I'll use them when I do!!

Next day service!!! I called yesterday afternoon for a price quote and the price I was quoted was $300 less than what Home Depot quoted me for the same garage door. I immediate scheduled services and by noon today my new garage door was installed! Lynn arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He completely dismantled our old garage door, tracks and springs. He replaced everything and even hooked up our garage door opener. The remote keypad didn't want to work, so Lynn quickly called Genie and talked to their technician. Within minutes he had our keypad fixed. Lynn completely cleaned up after the installation and disposed of our old garage door, railings and springs. We are completely happy with Cedar Park Overhead Doors and their installer, Lynn. We highly recommend them!!

He was running late but he arrived shortly promised and went right to work. He was friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. He was done in 30 minutes. The scheduling was a bit bumpy. They contacted me fairly quickly and we scheduled the appointment. When the day came around no one showed. I called back and they said they did not have the phone number and that they did not want to show up without calling first. I gave them the number and re-scheduled. Everything went smoothly afterwards. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Scott O. is awesome...friendly, professional, informative and efficient. Purchased $94 Big Deal for tuneup with roller replacement on Thursday; appointment scheduled for the next morning. He called a little before 8 am to say he was on the the way. Scott changed the rollers and lubed and otherwise tuned up everything within about 45 minutes. He said my springs might possibly be original (20 years old, which I believe is accurate) and offered to replace for the cost of parts only. I've never had a new garage door or opener but I imagine mine is now as quiet as new would be. Unbelievable the difference...it was very, very loud previously and actually embarrassing when operating. I was quite pleased when Scott said that my garage door is a heavy gauge steel door and that I should not have to replace it for a good number of years. I highly recommend Cedar Park Overhead Doors.

The showroom experience was fantastic! I got to see the materials they use and get an idea of the colors available. The old 1970's spring broke on my old wooden garage door. So I had the option of replacing the springs or the whole doors. After seeing the quality and affordability I chose to replace everything. Samantha was immediately responsive and was not pushy towards more expensive options, which I greatly appreciated! Once I told her what my budget was, she narrowed the options down for me so I didn't get my heart broken on something too expensive. She also did not hesitate to provide me with a few different quotes with the options I was having a hard time choosing between. When Shane came to install the doors he was friendly, efficient and was very knowledgeable about his craft. He answered any and all of my questions without judging. He was on time and finished quickly.

They came the very next day after I purchased the deal. There were additional fees to service the door.

Once again, Cedar Park Overhead Doors has come to my rescue - and fast. Two years ago, on a Friday, when my 32-year-old garage door jammed, I called Cedar Park OD. They had been highly recommended to me by both family and friends. Expecting to have to wait until the next week for service, I was surprised and delighted that Ted came out to the house within a couple of hours. He was very courteous, answered all my questions, and gave me a quote, including a senior discount, that was competitive with other local companies. The next day, a Saturday, my new door was installed - great service. Last night I noticed that one of the two overhead support brackets was hanging from just one screw. The builder had used too-short screw bolts and had not attached that bracket to an overhead stud! Once again on a Friday, I called Cedar Park for help, thinking that they?d be too busy to help me before next week; Jonathan arrived within the hour. As before, Cedar Park's rep was very courteous and helpful with my questions. He performed a complete tune-up, which I was already planning to schedule, checked out and changed the codes on my spare remote controls, and did the carpentry repairs on both support brackets by driving very long bolts into studs as the builder should have done. The total charge was the modest tune-up fee, with no extra change for the repairs and remote control changes. I have already recommended this company to friends, and will certainly continue to do at every opportunity.

Jimmy was very professional and answered all the questions I had about my garage door. He went above and beyond of what was expected. Would definitely do business with this company again and recommend to friends/neighbors.

I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors after another local garage door company informed me I needed to replace my door because of non-repairable damage. Cedar Park Overhead Doors had the best deal I could find on a new door, so I ordered a new door installed. When Scott O. came to install the new door, he took less than 30 seconds to tell me that I did NOT need a new door, and the repair required would be quick and simple. He even had the necessary parts with him. This information saved me over $600. Scott did the repair efficiently and gave me a lot of information about my garage door. He won CPOD a customer for life. I can't speak highly enough about how well their service worked out for me.

I called at 3:30pm on a Saturday expecting to setup an appointment for the coming week. Within 15 minutes I had received a call from a technician, and 45 minutes later he was here and working on the door. In about an hour, Casey had repaired the spring and tuned up the door. It hasn't been so quite in years! Casey is very knowledgeable and provided several good pointers for continued maintenance to keep my garage door running in good order. Impressive response...I sent question with message around 10 PM on Saturday night, received reply by 9:30 AM Sunday morning. Spoke to Rick on Sunday and scheduled work for Monday afternoon. Tech Casey was very professional. During mid-afternoon he called to say he was running a little late, approximating when he'd arrive. He called a second time to say he was on his way and arrived exactly when he estimated. Casey had all the necessary tools & materials needed and was neat and organized with his approach (no running back and forth to truck). He got everything up and running in a surprisingly short period of time, explaining the functions step by step before cleaning up. He removed all packing materials, as well as the old garage opener and other hardware he replaced. Casey even did a second check to make sure it was all perfect. I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism from the technician or the company.

I came home & my garage door (automatic) would not rise. When I got in the garage, I saw cables on the ground and a broken spring. Dustin was our technician, and from here forward, I will always request him. Very very customer service oriented. Loves life, his job and such an inspiration. Did the work in a timely fashion, and I randomly asked if there were any coupons, and he said Angie's list and Value Pack (which I just threw out but retrieved). I saved $20 with the coupon and was up and running.
