Cedar Park Overhead Doors

When I arrived home at 5:30pm, my garage door would only open about a foot, then close. A quick look found the spring had broken. I messaged Cedar Park Overhead Doors through Angie's List, expecting to hear back the next day. My phone rang 5 minutes later, and they said they would have someone out that evening. The tech called soon after to tell me when he would arrive (an hour or two), and he called again when he was on the way. Service took about half an hour, and the tech explained everything that needed to be done. The garage door was working again in no time. I expected to spend a couple days dealing with getting the door repaired, but they made it quick and easy.

It was a very nice service. The guy was very knowledgeable and he came exactly when he said. He was very professional and I would give A+ if that were possible.

It was good. We had a little miscommunication on what work I wanted done that day. I thought he was just going to do one door and he did both which was fine. I didn't challenge that. There were some minor communication problems. They did good work. I needed it done eventually anyway.

Garage overhead door spring broke about 7 pm with both of my vehicles trapped in the garage. I called the 24 hour service number and by 9 pm the technician (Casey) was on-site working. What makes this even more amazing is I live about one hour from Cedar Park. Casey used a manual crank system to raise the door and free my cars! After cars were out of the garage Casey went to work replacing the spring and serviced all moving parts on the door. This is a twelve year old door and I will say this door has never operated as well as it does after Casey adjusted the spring and rollers. Great service at a fair price. I will recommend Cedar Park OHD to my friends and use them in the future. Casey was very professional and worked none stop until the job was finished. Three and half hours from spring breaking to new spring installed and door operating smoothly, NOT BAD!!!

Our Tech Gary was great. They tried to fix the unit a few times, new limit switch, greasing the rails. Determination was a bad logic board (unit is original to house from 2001). They didn't charge me for any of the first 2 visits and gave a good price on a new unit. Gary was very knowledgeable, professional, and affable. Salt of the earth. He sang praises of the owner, which is refreshing to hear from employees who enjoy the work they are doing.

It went very well. The doors now operate much better than they have since we bought the house. The only weird thing was that he told me that I paid too much for the deal. I suspect he was not correct, since I called and got a quote for the same thing and was quoted 90.00 and I paid 70 (35 each door) for this. Even if I had paid too much, its very unprofessional to say that; but I suspect I did not.

Very friendly and professional would use them again. The gentleman was very friendly and helped me figure out my next steps to be fixing and gave me my options. Really appreciated the call ahead before he came over.

He fixed it so that it is stronger this time. They put in an extra component that was better for a heavier door. From the time I placed the phone call to the time the work was finished it was within 2 hours time. He was very pleasant!

The installer they sent out was professional, highly qualified, and expertly skilled. He did a precision install, working more than 10 hours non-stop, no breaks or anything. Everything was done beyond our expectations. And our installer paid close attention to a lot of little details that made the overall install outstanding! The doors are beautiful and even our neighbor has commented that it makes our house look new. It is difficult these days to find a company that has such skilled, dedicated, and conscientious employees. We are so glad we picked Cedar Park Overhead Garage Doors to do the big job we needed. Our garage door, as it turs out was crscked.e were offered two courses of sction.....a temporary fix or a more perment fix...replace garage door /We chose to replace the door....Pleased with the results.

Due to where I leave, Georgetown TX, we were on the last call of the day. This happens to us sometimes so I've learned to live with it. Outside of the exact time due to other projects ahead of us, everything else went smoothly. Jeff was straightforward on the issues and what was available. I had already read other reviews and nothing different from what read before was offered. The door compared to what it was is very quite now. My son who's bedroom is above the garage thanks us very much :).

Michael performed all of these services and lubricated everything within 40 minutes. The result is a smooth operating and much quieter garage door. The price quoted was very fair and the service was performed with excellence. I give my highest recommendation for Cedar Park Overhead Door and their technician Michael.

I had a coupon from Angie's List to inspect and maintain my garage doors. That was all done promptly. I knew that one of the door openers made a bad noise which turned out to be a bad belt. Gary and Desi came back and replaced the belt and now the door opener is in perfect working order.

Fine. The repairman tightened some screws and made sure the door and the opener were working correctly.

Gary did an excellent job making my garage door like new again. He performed all services efficiently and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before leaving.

It went great. Gary was terrific! I called and got an appointment that same day. The price was exceptional. I plan to have them come yearly to do routine maintenance which is less than $40. You can't beat that!

Gary came out the same day I called and took 45 minutes to remove old (genie) and install new garage door opener (Lift Master). Extremely courteous and professional. This is not the first time we have used them. Each time they have come out has been a pleasure hiring them. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The provider was on time and he had the experience to figure out fast to find where the problem was.

Before the service, the contractor inspected the starter and told us it wasn't working properly. This was a great help, since the starter was covered under warranty and needed to be replaced.

Came out on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed then tuned up the door and it now works perfectly!

The installation guy arrived a little late but he did call me multiple times to give me an update of his progress and his ETA. Installation went great. I would recommend them.

Went extremely well; I had to reschedule a couple of times, but the technician (Jonathan) showed up early and was very friendly and informative. Asked about how it was working, checked the various systems, lubricated and cleaned mechanical parts. He did warn me that the motor was well over 10 years old, and though it was working fine, once it starts to go it's probably better to replace the whole thing rather than repair it (which is what I'd already assumed). Basically, just very competent, quick and friendly -- exactly what I'd want in an inspection and maintenance.

My garage door was sounding louder as it went up and down so I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors when I saw the special through Angie's List. After I purchased the special, Cedar Park contacted me immediately. I was unable to schedule because of an unexpected family emergency on my end. I contacted them a few weeks later and they were able to schedule me after work. Gary contacted me to let me know he was on the way the day of the service. He went over the workings of my door and it is back to that quiet sound as it opens and closes. I will use them again next year for another checkup because I think it's a good idea to have the garage door checked regularly. Especially when a checkup is so reasonably priced.

As always, great service! Hamed was very patient and informative about how or why the mechanism would start with a "jerk". Changing the rollers seems to have resolved the issue :)
