Karl replaced the broken belt on one opener and adjusted/tested the mechanisms on both garage doors. He was very careful to ensure that all components of the system were tested, lubricated and adjusted to ensure proper operation. he took great price in his work. He is a major asset and contributor to the company's success.

In short, it went extremely well. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever experienced. Not only did he get the job done extremely well, he left me with more knowledge about garage doors than I know what to do with. When he was done, the garage door and opener seemed like they were brand new. in fact, it performed better than when it was brand new. He was incredibly thorough and talked me through everything he was doing so I could do it ongoing. He explained what was done wrong in the initial installation and what he was doing to correct it. He also explained what happens over time and the corrective ongoing maintenance. And finally, he even left me with the remainder of a spray lubricant that will last me a couple years for ongoing maintenance of the garage door. The cost was more than fair and I would have been quite a bit more for the quality of service I received. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone's garage door needs.

After poor communication between central office and serviceman, the work provided was really good. The information I shared by phone with the main office was not conveyed to the service man Casey about (1) what materials were needed and (2) which telephone number to use to reach us. His work on site was good, and he was courteous and efficient in getting the job done.

Technician arrived on time, and gave me good explanation of what was done. Suggested that the opener would probably need to be replaced in the soon. (It's 19 years old)

The technician, Jameus, was excellent. We were scheduled for Friday, but he had an opening and was able to come a day early. He did a great job with the new installation. He took the time to explain the new equipment that was added and answered all of our questions. They also have 24x7 support number if you have any issues. From start to finished, this company was excellent to work with. I highly recommend them.

Only problem was they somehow left me off the schedule the day of my appointment. Waited until 4:30 and called them. They did get someone out to my house before 6 pm. Technician was super nice and apologized for the appointment error. Service was fine once he got here.

I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors this morning because my garage door opener keypad had, despite a new battery, stopped working over the weekend. Believe it or not, they sent a man out This Very Day! The service technician, Casey, arrived on time and first determined that my much-weathered, 15-year-old keypad was kaput, just as I'd feared. He showed me a new and more updated model that the company carries. When I learned that the fancy new keypad cost even less than the modest service call fee itself, well, I couldn't say "AGREED" fast enough! Casey neatly installed and programmed the new unit, went over its features with me, handed me the new owner's manual, and was off to his next appointment. I have to say that such a quick response from the company and such a polite, thorough, and efficient technician is truly appreciated. Cedar Park Overhead Doors? Most highly recommended!

Great service; called ahead and on time. He informed me that I would need a replacement for my aging garage door opener and my options for replacement. I have used these guys in the past and would definitely use them in the future.

Called to offer to come earlier than the appointment. Offered multiple options for the repair. Finished the job in about an hour. Price was exactly what I expected.

Cedar Park Overhead Doors showed up precisely on time. The technician was very thorough, courteous and professional. He was also clearly well-trained. He lubricated the rollers on our garage door, checked the alignment of the safety eye and tightened the chain on the opener. He also reset the vertical downforce and the closing height of the door, both of which needed adjustment. In addition, he gave us a written, multi-point inspection that included the estimated remaining life for the rollers and the main spring. My wife and I were very impressed. We'll definitely use Cedar Park Overhead Doors again for annual maintenance and any needed repairs.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for a garage door tune-up. My garage door would not close using the remotes. The serviceman checked the sensors, gave me a price for replacement and finished the work on the initial visit. I was very pleased with the work.

Wonderful service. Called in the morning around 8 and they were there by 11. Replaced both springs in the garage door and programmed my car mirror to open it. Under an hour overall. Friendly and helpful.

Cedar Park Overhead Doors sent a technician to our home to service our garage doors, which would not close completely. Additionally, the technician programmed two garage door openers for us. I'd use the company again--they were punctual, professional, inexpensive, and did a great job.

A very nice young man came out and took a look at our garage door mechanism; he reset something (I don't know what) and then told us there was no charge. Not even for his time and travel costs. Amazing! Thank you so much!

Cedar Park Overhead Doors and the technician Michael were great! The spring on my garage door snapped. I contacted Cedar Park Overhead Doors and Michael was there the next morning. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He made the fix and was done within an hour. I will definitely be using them again.

Service (Tech, date): Emergency door repair (Thomas 10/31/2012); door/motor issue (KC, 09/20/2014); wireless entry failed (Juan, 04/13/2015). For years, Cedar Park Overhead helped us keep functional our heavily used 15 year old garage door opener (well beyond expected service for cheap builder installed garage door opener. This year, wireless opener finally burned out so replaced garage door opener, belts, keypads, and wireless entry. As we live in far south Austin, we initially contacted Cedar Park Overhead in a panic on Halloween evening 10/31/2012. Other companies did not answer their phone. (Now, we understand that the company services all of the greater Austin regional area.) The technician cheerfully repaired our garage door as trick-or-treaters began arriving. We called again in 2014 and most recently April, 2015. Each technician has been knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The one time that the technician was delayed, he called to apologize and to make sure the revised schedule would work for me. For the garage door opener replacement, we discussed pros and cons and repair versus replacement as well as different models and functionality. The technician also helped me program my outdated Homelink feature in my 10 year old car. Today (05/15/2015), Rick called as follow-up and to send newly available manufacturer rebates. My household has high expectations for service. Cedar Park Overhead has earned our trust.

Great experience! I was having an issue with my garage door in that sometimes it would randomly open on its own. I was expecting to pay a little more after tune up, but the tech said their was no need to as the problem was arising from an exposed wire. He took care of it and I haven't had any issues since. Great experience and I will be calling them again for my next tune up.

It was ok, only. After service done the technician told he thought the garage door opener sounds like its going bad, then proceeded to quote over $450 for a replacement, which is ~ $100 to $200 more than you can get at other places.
