First thing Navid (tech) said was that this was not a tuneup but a service call, although the door was fully functional. He arrived shortly after the 8-12 service window and I left work to meet him. So, classic bait and switch...he made up a price on the spot to replace worn cables ($125 labor). Total elapsed time of visit was less than 30 minutes. I could have refused and started over with another service provider, but they know you won't....Angies List requests go to a separate scheduler and that part was efficient.

They did not provide requested price quote. Told me to call to schedule service. I went with other company that provided price quote.

The outcome is good, but the price could have been better. Overall he T-slide rubbers are neither expensive, nor complicated to install. One of doors needed a new bottom track to be installed, though. In comparison to other bids this was on the high side, but after some negotiation we settled on a price to get this done,

My old garage door was making some crazy noises. A tune up was all that was needed, tech called ahead and got the work done in a timely manner. I was happy with the service and would hire again.

It was done professionally, on time and very well!

It went very well. I was able to use coupons on both the garage door opener and tune-up which saved me some money. The service technician, Ahmed, was very professional and did a very good job for us.

Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything included in the service. Gave advice on extending the life of our door opener. My only complaint is that they missed their delivery window by an hour and half and did not notify me in any way that they were behind schedule.

Scheduled yearly appointment for garage door, but after I set up appointment the door began acting differently when it opened and closed. A strut had to be installed. The problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The repair was done for what seems like a fair price. I am pleased and will use Cedar Park Overhead Doors again. In fact I recommend them to a friend at work who was also happy with the work they did.

That was a year ago. All I remember was he was punctual. Also and did a great job and the charge was reasonable. I do not remember how much it cost as it was a year ago. I just remember I made a note to always call them. Also, the replaced my garage doors back in 2001 so I called them again.

Thomas was polite, kind, and really knowledgeable! He explained each step and showed where the problems were. Best part is now we have a lifetime warranty!

Cedar Park Overhead Doors provide excellent service. I called Doug's Doors at about 10:00 am and explained our problem, requested a quote. The person I spoke with said he would call his techs and one of them would call to determine which type of spring we had. I waited just over an hour and of course the call did not come, so I called Cedar Park Overhead Door. I was given a quote which was reasonable so I asked when they could come to do the work. It was about 11:30 when this conversation took place. I was told someone would be here this afternoon and would give a 30 minute advance notice call. I thought it would probably be late afternoon before we got that call but about 2:00 he called and said he could be here in 15 min if that was convenient. Yippee!!!!!!!!!!! He arrived about 2:15 and was almost done with the job when we got that call from the Doug's Door tech asking what we needed. I will always call Cedar Park Overhead Door first from now on and would highly recommend them. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and efficient.

Technician arrived as scheduled. My issue was with excessive noise when opening & closing that I was not able to isolate. The technician quickly determined that the noise was from a hidden pulley whose bearings were shot. He replaced the pulleys on both sides of the door. He then adjusted the door alignment so that it operated smoothly. He was easy to work with and performed professionally. At no point did I feel like he was in a hurry to complete the work as fast as he could.

They did an excellent job and very prompt.

Installer was trying to up-sell me on additional items. Installer indicated garage door track guide wheels had failed. However, all wheels were turning as expected during operation and no bearings were noticed on garage floor. I was in the process of selling my home and installer threatened inspection failure if I didn't do additional repair items. Also, company had the gall to attach their company sticker (aka tagging) to my garage wall without my authorization.
