Arrived as promised. Work was performed quickly and of high quality. Good result.

He was prompt, he knew what he was doing and gave me his contact info so I could reach out if anything went wrong.

It went just fine. They were on time, courteous and we've had no problems with the garage door since.

This company is kind of a mess. It took three tries to get the doors installed. The first two times the doors weren't ready, but nobody informed me of this until I had already waited hours for the installer to arrive. When the doors finally came, the installer missed the noon-3 p.m. appointment time by more than an hour and didn't finish until 7:30 p.m. -- which meant I had to wait around for more than 7 hours total. When the bill arrived, there was a $40 credit card processing fee that no one told me about (I would have written the installer a check had I known). The installer was a good guy and seemed to do a good job and the doors look and work well. But no way I would use this company again.

They were very nice, but I can lubricate the garage door opener myself...for much less than what I paid.

Excellent. Repairman came and examined the layout, pointed out potential future problems, adjusted the tension so that the door opened more smoothly, and didn't try to upsell me for "today only specials." I was incredibly impressed, am keeping his card and when it comes time to fix/replace the door or the motor, I have his number handy (and intend to use it).

The issue was fixed and they did some maintenance work on the other two doors also for no charge. They arrived on time and were very professional.

The technician was delayed by another job, yet began working as soon as he arrived. Bad rollers were diagnosed. Since I purchased the door from this vendor and it was still under warranty, all rollers were replaced at no additional charge. Door operation is now very smooth and quiet. This vendor is highly recommended.

Door only required minor adjustment and lubrication.

They were great. I don't remember exactly what it was but they did a better job than what the average company would have done and it is guaranteed for life so it makes it much better.

The tech was on time and did a great job with both doors tune up. The garage doors work great and we are very happy with the results.

Not very well. On the first visit the technician replaced the rollers, which made the door quieter and easier to open. but didn't solve the opener problem. He took our order for a new wifi garage door opener to be installed. We waited a week for them to contact us or just return to install the new opener. No word. No visit. No new garage door opener. We called them. No explanation for dropping our order. Scheduled a visit to install an opener. The technician who arrived installed the opener but was not professional or accommodating. Total wait time: two weeks.

They didn't make any mess or disturb anything. They did what had to be done. He was pleasant, prompt.

Went well!! Guy came out and installed it in about an hour. Would use again.

Delivery/install was 2 weeks late. Sales manager never did return any calls. I had to call several times to reach him since he would not return calls. Installers were very nice and punctual AFTER the 2 week deliver delay. I would have appreciated a call from sales manager to let me know of delay.

Schedule the day after I purchased. Representative called 15 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He worked quickly and well. He was very professional, made an effort to not watch when I entered the door code. I couldn't be more pleased.

It went well. He was here about 30 min. and it was done. He was here and on time. I really like that.

Technician lubed the rail, adjusted the down force and adjusted the springs. The problem still exists but only rarely, so I think it is more of a weather humidity issue.

That went well. Everything worked well. He was very straightforward. He wasn't trying to sell me additional things. He just did the work efficiently and went on with his day. That was good. I like that. I don't like it when they sell all kinds of additional things so that was good.

It was good. I had to pay more because the technician said he had to add some rollers to the garage door. It was $100 extra. It was okay. I booked it from Angie's List. The technician who came over did not know that I had booked them through Angie's List and he was quoting me a high price. Later on, I explained him and then he looked at it and he changed the rollers. It was not a normal tuneup. It has been working good for me. The technician who came was good.
