Very professional and completed the necessary work quickly. Each of the two homes had different doors and door openers, and neither presented a problem for this crew. I'm certain in their line of work they've seen it all, so this tune-up was relatively easy. I'll hire them again when I need a new opener and new door on one of the properties.

Perfectly. Really needed the tune-up. My garage door was not functional about half the time and it works perfectly now. It was a very reasonable price and the tech was very knowledgeable, professional and fast.

Very well. The CPOD representative my wife and I worked with was Boyd Peck. He had joined CPOD somewhat recently, and having specialized in Raynor doors he recommended Raynor to us. We had picked out the door we liked best on the Raynor website, and Boyd helped us turn our choice into an order. He also gave us advice on painting the door, which was not available in the light gray that would match our house (and ordering the door in a custom color would have added $700 to the price). We were ready to order the door in white, but Boyd persuaded us to order the door in dark gray, which would show scratches less. So far there are no scratches, so we don't know how good that advice was. In a day or two CPOD sent a guy to our house to make precise measurements. He was on time, and gave the impression of knowing what he was doing. Apparently he did, because the installation of the door went smoothly, and it fits perfectly. But that gets ahead of the story. Boyd told us that the door would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks, probably closer to 3. It turned out to be a day short of 6 weeks. During the wait, Boyd responded to e-mail queries fairly quickly, but never took the initiative in keeping me informed (that's why I gave CPOD a B for responsiveness). Finally the day for installation arrived. CPOD sent two guys in a pickup truck, with the new door's panels and other hardware on its roof rack. They clearly knew what they were doing, taking the old door apart and replacing it with the new one. They had the whole job done in under three hours, cleaned up after themselves, and left with the old door's panels on top of the truck. Since then the new door has performed brilliantly. It rides smoothly in its tracks, and its insulation shields the garage's interior from the morning sun. Unlike the old door, which was made of wood and lacked windows, the new one is steel, is well sealed around the edges, and has a row of windows which eliminate the need for artificial light during daylight hours.

After lubrication, the old garage door and door opener system now operate much more smoothly and quietly than they have in a decade or more. Service technician Jimmy was courteous and skillful. Also, I was pleased that the lead time required to schedule the service was minimal: I was able to call on Friday afternoon to book an appointment and have the work done before the end of the day the following Monday. Please note that the cost of service indicated below includes both the tune-up (which is tax-free, and paid in advance through Angie's List) and the replacement transmitter (on which sales tax does apply).

It worked out well. It was thorough and they did quality work. It took them about three hours and they cleaned up well after they were finished.

Everything happened as scheduled. The service technicians were very professional and personable. There was a misunderstanding about the work we requested and the work listed on our bid, but the owner worked with us to come to an agreement that worked for all involved. I would highly recommend this company because of the excellent customer service we received. (And also because we love our new garage door opener!!)

Not able to fix 100%, but got satisfactory conclusion. Took a couple of days, and had to fit me in to return a couple times, so they came back hours after thought they would.

The guy came out and was very nice and he tuned up the door. We needed to buy something or other extra but it was ok. When you're paying $39 I don't expect them to do everything for $39. I had someone about a year earlier and it was a whole lot more. I came away with a good impression and a good feeling that what they did for the price was reasonable. I don't recall any issues with their response to my call and they came out right away. I was happy and satisfied with the work.

Mr. Sean from Cedar Park Overhead Door was on time , As soon as he came he started working and completed the work on time. In fact he did took care of some small issues related garage door opener as well. He was very polite and profession. I have had some other guys from CPOD in the past, but they were not professionals as Mr Sean Doerr. He made my day by taking care those small issues. Otherwise I would be calling Lowes installation server, As they installed my garage door opener. Thank your Sean!!!
