Wonderful. The technician offered informed perspectives on other areas that could be addressed and made professional suggestions and put the client first in all aspects of the engagement.

They showed up early and were suppose to call, but I was home, so there wasn't a problem. They did the tune up and replaced both tension springs and a couple other things. He gave me a estimate of $376.00 and when I called a different company to see what they would charge, they ended up honoring the cheaper quote. They did a good job and the guy was good. I would recommend them to others.

I had to pay $59 in addition which I thought was a little high for a roller. When we made the appointment they were on time. They worked quickly, and they were gone. To make the service better they could have discussed the cost with me before they did it. It took them about an hour to do the job.

Things went fine once they finally showed up, I had to reschedule three times. They arent great at scheduling and following it. The service probably took a 1/2 hour, getting him there took almost a week.

Superior in all areas~ I bought a maintenance check up and that's all I paid for - amazing! The other service folks always find something and it is impending doom if you don't fix it right now.

I called the office first to see about scheduling before purchase and left name and number as it was after hours. I was called shortly thereafter, explained what I needed and the office said they would have someone in the area in 2 days! We set the appointment, I punched in the Angie's List coupon order of $39 twice as we have 2 garage doors. The day before the appointment, I got a call to reconfirm scheduling. The technician called 30 minutes out, was there at the agreed time and efficiently performed the tune-up. They needed it and they work well. No upsell and a gentleman. Well done

Young man was prompt, personable and professional he showed me where the spring was broken, he had the part with him and he replaced the broken one. He fixed all the remote buttons. Installed an outdoor control.

The tech from Cedar Park doors was great! He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I think he probably did a little above what is normally included in the tune up to get my garage door to open smoothly and without loud screeching noises.

The contract said they had to discuss any fees ahead of time but he didn't and fixed it. When I questioned it, he didn't charge me but then said I had to pay for his gas.. I called company to ask if that was there policy but they didn't return my calls.

It was easy to set-up an appointment. The technician arrived on time and did a professional job of lubricating and adjusting the garage door tracks.

Showed up same day of call in pouring rain. Wouldn't accept money as only a screw needed to be tightened but I didn't know that. No trip charge or anything. Can't get more honest than this. I will buy from them when the opener is completely dead.

Scheduling hiccup meant they missed the first appointment but came the same day I called to let them know they missed the first time. Pricing was done on the fly by the guy sent out and a fuel charge was mentioned late. They have done good work for me before and will use again.

Good. Technician (Ahmed) was professional and polite. Initially he was confused about the service needed as he thought I had called with a specific problem After I explained what was needed (tune-up purchased through Angie's List), he did his thing and the door is now much quieter and smoother, even my roommate noticed it.

Very good. A part was replaced that would have caused problems in the near future. I now don't have to worry about my doors possibly not working unexpectedly.

Initially I had given the company an F because I had not heard from them. But they explained that they did not have my phone number and had tried to contact me thru email. However, when the misunderstanding was resolved, the company promptly rescheduled and the service performed accordingly.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He called to let me know when he would be arriving. He made some adjustments, but determined my opener was worn out (16 years old) and needed to be replaced. He offered options and gave me estimates on replacement.

Jonathan was very personable and professional. There was a slight adjustment needed after the first visit. He came back and made the adjustment and added a few parts without any further charge, which I appreciated very much.

The technician was professional and helpful to address concerns regarding the functioning of the garage door.

Fine didn't like being told that noise reduction would mean new rollers

This is a good company that does good work. Everything works great. We've used them several times before as well, always with excellent results. Very professional - clean up after themselves, punctual, call before showing up, and call if they are running late. This is a very reliable and good company.
