Description of Work: They installed new opening equipment for our existing garage doors. They were on time, efficient, and did an excellent job. I would use them again, and I do recommend their service over the other door companies I have used in Austin.

Description of Work: My garage remote would only bring the door up but not down. I stopped by and spoke with Don who knew exactly what the problem was. He took me out to the model opener, showed me the mechanics of an overhead door and explained what he thought my problem was. I went home, did what he instructed and presto! The malfunction was repaired by ME. Don could have easily requested a service call which I would have agreed to, but he didn't. He did the honorable thing and told me about the easy fix. I will recommend this company to every homeowner I know and will use them myself when the need arises.

Description of Work: The door became misaligned due to hitting the attic ladder and the spool wire became loose. Kody did a great job and explained all pros / cons of the entire garage door system. The price was 40% cheaper than Garage Door Repair LLC, the original company I called who had done my garage door tune up / roller replacement a couple of weeks ago. Kody also helped me program a universal key pad opener which the earlier company refused to do.

Description of Work: I bought the Angies List $99 tune-up special for two garage doors.I've used CP Overhead doors before and they have always done a great job. This time was no different. They were punctual and quick and now my garage doors in the new (used) home are very quiet as opposed to being very sqeaky and loud before. I also got the nylon rollers...recommended. WIll continue to use them in the future.
