Description of Work: We had the company come out for an estimate. When they came to replace my door they assured me they could match the other door and gave me a price. The man that came out gave me his card and told me if there were any problems to call him directly. There were problems and he did not return any of my three calls to him over the period of a week. As a result I called his company. They informed me that they could get the door but because it was not in high demand it would cost several hundred dollars more from the manufacture because of limited runs. I called the Mfg and was told this was not true that they in fact stopped making that door years ago and would no longer make it! I was then told by the Cedar Park sales people, they could sell me two doors from another Mfg , again at a much higher price. Needless to say I will not contact or recommend this company anytime in the future. I am a disabled veteran on a limited income and an honest estimate is critical to my budget. Honesty is also high on my list and when a man gives me a card that states he is a supervisor for that company and he fails to return any calls over a week is unacceptable.
