Their price and service was excellent. I will use them again every time. I got quotes from other companies and their price was the best. I thought they may cut corners but they were honest and they surpassed my expectations.

Description of Work: My garage door spring broke. Setting an appointment was easy. The person that answered the phone checked the schedule to see when a technician would be in my area. He set the appointment for 5 the next day. I called the office at 5:55 (because the website said the office closed at 6) to verify someone was still coming and to get an approximate time of arrival. The office person told me he said 'sometime after 5'. The technician called within the next 10 minutes and said he was finishing another job then would be on his way. He said it would take him about an hour to get here. I live in North Austin and he was down south. Do not trust the office staff. The appointment was not set for a time the technician was in my area. Having said all that, the technician was excellent! He was professional and quick. He didn't arrive until after 7 but only took 30 minutes to replace the spring. The door slammed to the ground when the spring broke. He showed me the corner of the door that bent from the crash. He also showed me a spot at the top of the door where the door was starting to tear. He gave me the option of replacing the spring or replacing the door. He explained reasons for and against both options so I could make an informed decision. He gave me a week to make the decision. No pressure. The price of the spring was applied to the price of a new door. He called the day of the door replacement and said he could come early if I would be here. He was friendly, professional, willing to provide information and answer any questions I had and worked quickly. The professionalism or the technician was worth the hassle of the office staff. I would use them again.
