It went fine. The tech solved the noise problem that I had with the door.

Woke up to a sound that would compare to a person hitting your house with their car. Noticed the issue was with the garage door. Garage door was not able to be opened and car was stuck inside. Called CPOD. They arrived within the hour, diagnosed the issue as a broken garage door spring. Replaced the spring, replaced the garage door rollers and tuned-up the entire system. Fantastic responsiveness!!!!!

The door was fixed quickly and has worked great ever since. The company honored my discount coupon from Angie's List with no questions asked. Great experience!

Very efficient and workers were very professional.

The representative was very slick. I was dealing with insurance at the time SO not fully concentrating but his estimate for their cheapest Opener was $550 way above market rate. I signed his iPad -for a quote and afterwards worried about what I had actually signed for. I rang the company 3 times yesterday and was not reassured by them or anything. HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. I have used them quite happily in the past but this was a big con.

They did a great job. On top of efficiently installing the new door they pointed out problems with installation of the door opener and the infrastructure for the adjacent door. For a really nominal fee they came back a week later and did a tune up. It's like we got two new motors, when in fact they had just been installed improperly.

That was very good. From when we called them to when they came, it was no more than 5 days. It wasn't an emergency. They were efficient and explained what they were doing. We really liked them.

Great service. The new door slides and locks easily, looks great and the existing track was used for the rollers. The company contacted me within 2 days of the purchase. A technician came to the house to inspect the existing door, take photos and discuss the options. The installation date came, only to find the tech forgot to advise me to clear the clutter from the garage floor and near the existing roller track before the install date. This was not a task to be done quickly at that moment. The installer was very kind about this and a new installation date was made. On the new date, installer Ryan was prompt and very nice. The job was quick and the upgrade was well worth the deal. I opted for a white, 4-panel door that locks from the inside only. Be aware the door does not have an inside hand-hold to raise/lower the door, separate from the sliding lock on the side.

They fixed the reversing issue quickly, regreased the tracks, identified some electrical issues and re-wired sensors, and there have not been any issue since. I am very happy with their work.

++ My original 23 year old garage door cratered one day. Cedar Park Overhead Doors was able to send someone over the same day to check it out and discuss options with me. Then they were able to do the installation on short notice so my garage wasn't stuck open for days. - Unfortunately I wound up quite unhappy with door that was installed. It wasn't technically defective or installed wrong but it was much noisier than my original door and much noisier than I expected based on our initial conversation. In any case, it would drive me batty. +++ After a couple service calls we decided that the door couldn't be modified to meet my needs so we ordered a different and CPOD installed it for me. It's a world of difference. Of course it's always best if things are perfect the first time around. But that's not always the way it's going to be. What is much more important to me is that CPOD did what it took to make it right and turn me into a happy customer. I don't take that for granted as it's far too uncommon these days. Net: I would definitely hire them again and recommend to friends and family.

They put them in pretty quickly and they did a quick repair for my garage doors. To me it was a simple repair so that they were able to fit me into their schedule the next day. So I watched and asked questions and it was fairly nice.

They were very professional, very flexible. I recently bought the home and we had some shelves constructed before we bought the house. The previous owners constructed some shelves that were in the way of any new garage door opener and they were flexible with me working on that. I mean, I had to tear it down, but they were flexible. They had to come out twice because there were two garage doors. So they installed them on separate occasions. Didn’t charge for the second trip. They worked with me on getting that shelf thing resolved and I’m very happy with the way it worked out.
