The service was OK. I had purchased a special deal for this provider through Angies List. The provider just wasn't very communicative about exactly what was removed and what was cleaned from the computer.

I ended up getting the drive to work by myself, and didn't need the Big Deal. They said I could call them if I had any other computer issues, but I haven't yet.

It went very well. Brandon was very polite and professional. He was very helpful and gave good advice about preventing problems in the future.

Capital Tech Support Inc. checked my computer for viruses and he did a great job.

The service went fine. I have not been back since. I just paid the price of the $55 big deal. I got good work from them, and I was happy with them

I was never able to reach them at all, kept getting voicemail. Had the deal refunded.

They were prompt, and they were quick. They did an excellent job! I would certainly hire them again.

They tried to fix my computer, but I guess it was too far gone. Although they were polite and tried to explain the situation, I was still disappointed that it wasn't fixed. I tried going to their office, but no one was there. They finally answered my phone messages and came and picked up the laptop and dropped it off when they were done.

Basically, problems not fixed even after computer was taken to the providers workplace. Speakers are very noisy when on. Software is a problem.

They never returned my calls so I did not use them.

There was a schedule mixup, but they more than made up for it by delivering the computer to us.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for his services. Called and left a message. He called back a few days later and we tried to set something up. We had an appointment set and he never showed up and did not call to cancel. My calls went to voice mail. I expected that he'd reschedule and several days later I saw from my caller ID log that he had called. However, he did not leave a message. He only called that one time and my 2 calls to his number have both gone to voice mail. That was some time during the summer. I definitely put some of the blame here on myself as I was not persistent in following up and making sure that the services were performed, but the customer service here was essentially non-existent.

CPU instruction redirection, memory/device firmware updated, virus and spyware removal, install additional 2GB of memory, Ethernet check,speed test modem connection, test and check wireless router, test and test netwwork interface card.

The technician met me at my house and the process took approximately 2 hours to complete.

He cleaned the dirt out of the CPU system. He did what he said he would do and we did not have any problems. However the restoration did not include cleaning the spam out of the software.

It went great! Dropped the computer off at their office, they had it done quickly and called me when it was ready to pick up. The computer ran much faster and more efficiently! :)

I had bought a Big Deal coupon for 2 hours of computer repair. Brandon came out on time and checked over my computer. I wanted to see why it was running so slowly. He did diagnose a few things and also recommended we put in more RAM. We did that and it is running faster. I was pleased with his knowledge and service.

I am very disappointed because I left voicemail messages trying to book an appointment but no one ever returned my calls. I had surgery and again I called asking the final day October 17th if they could call me back about extending their expiration date but I never received any response from them. Very disappointing based on what I thought was a good company.

I had called him out to service my computer because it was dragging. He was neatly dressed, very courteous, and knew what he was doing. I tried to reach him again to do more business but I think he went out of business.

Could not get a hold of the company to schedule an appointment. Telephone recording saying number was temporarily unavailable.

Initiated nearly all communication over the course of 3 weeks as though told it would be ready "such and such afternoon", I wouldn't hear from Brandon.Brandon preferred texting to phone calls and claimed his busy schedule kept him from responding in a timely fashion.Often feared his communication with me was confused for another customer as what he'd text re:visiting a certain "link" rendered made no sense. Return of unit continually delayed. Claimed services required additional expense. Additional funds were rendered.Rude responses to initital attempts to be patientReturned unit void of ALL FILES! and new software appeared on desktop.When expressing my disappointment and making Brandon aware of depth of searching done to see if files were "anywhere" on the computer, I was beraded, accused of being a disgrace to my profession, and at one point told to "shut the F up". (I am a generally level- headed person, but this experience was ridiculous and lead to an agitated state.) I had never laid eyes on Brandon as he had claimed my laptop, retrieved additional funds from, and returned unit to my place of work.(I'm a teacher and meeting Brandon was not convenient, so receptionist was his point of contact.)When I suggested any further attempts to remedy the situation take place in a mutually public place.....communication ceased.As a single female, I feared for my safety, and chose to write this loss off as a bad experience and to not use such a service again.

Had a terrible, irritating experience. I contacted Brandon Barker to set up an appt. He was very nice and I was happy about meeting with him to 'optimize' my computer. He asked how old the computer was (I guessed 5 yrs old) in order to have appropriate items for the visit. On the day of the appt, Brandon did not show up at the agreed upon time. After 45 mins, I contacted him by phone to see what happened. I had to leave a message, but he returned my call within 10 minutes. He said there was an unexpected problem and that 'his car was in the shop' at that moment, and he 'did not have any of his contact information' to call anyone. That was a strange excuse, but I accepted his apology and he set up an appt to come to my home the following week. He promised me that he would be there. I patiently waited for Brandon to show up on Friday morning, 6-29. He was a no-show for the 2nd appt, and did not call and has never called me back. I was dumbfounded by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. At that point, I did not call Brandon to 'follow up' since I was pretty irritated. Did the appt get 'lost' ? Is this a scam business? He has my name, my address and my phone number! I wish I could bill for the time I spent waiting for both of the missed appts. I have been refunded my purchase. I see a 'deal' is still being offered thru Angie's List by this business for a lesser price. This experience really chapped my hide. Let the buyer beware.

Dropped my computer off at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday, and was told normal turnaround is about 48 hours. I called after 72 hours and got a message that the company was closed due to an emergency. I left a message asking when I could expect to hear back from them. Finally got a call on Monday to come pick my laptop up. Spent a week not knowing whether or not I would ever see my laptop again. Delays are understandable. Holding a customer's computer five days longer than expected without providing any information about when you will reopen your business is not. Some viruses and spyware were removed, but the laptop runs no better than it did when I dropped it off. I was advised to reinstall my OS.

They were fabulous. They were quick and as quoted. They delivered early. It was like slam dunk. Other people had looked at it and hadn't been able to fix it. They showed tremendous expertise. I would absolutely use them again.
