He came and in no time knew what the problem was. Very professional. On time and everything went excellent.

Excellent. I called this company on Friday, June 26 to let them know that my blower fan was not working. As scheduled, the technician, Jon showed up on time next day. He checked the motor specifications, gave me the estimate, got the OEM motor within an hour and replaced it in another couple of hours. It took him longer time to replace the motor because of the design of the air handler. He had to remove number of parts to get to the motor. He has a pleasing personality and is very professional. The total cost was $500.

Jon the owner of Britton LLC was very responsive and professional. I called him after getting an very high bid from the people who installed the AC two years ago. He agreed to do a on-site inspection and provided me with detailed explanation of the problem that was very clear and convincing. The quote was also reasonably priced. I ordered the installation service and his crew was very professional and efficient. Within a couple of hours I have A/C working again. He will definitely recommend Britton A/C service to my neighbors and friends.

Our system wasn't cooling very well, and Britton Service Group was able to get in on short notice and fix the problem. The coils were dirty and had to be cleaned after years of neglect from rental tenants. The system was old and had I had the funds I would have replaced it, but Britton didn't pressure me to replace the system and got it up and working much better. No high pressure upsell, just quick service at a fair price.

Darrell showed on time and reviewed the old system with us and explained our options in a very friendly and positive manner. He answered our questions and called in to give us the next available date for installation. He give us and overview of the work to be done and that he would return when the work was complete and go through another check out before completion. On install day the crew showed on time and removed the old system and thermostat, installed the new components and started the new system up, checking the operation of the cooling and heating and performed final system check. Darrell arrived as they packed up all of the old system and cleaned the area. Darrell performed his final check out and arranged to have the extended warranty info registered at Trane for us. We received the warranty info that day. Thank you and well done ! From start to finish it was a very positive experience. This was the right company to call to get this done with no fuss or funny business.

I found them through Angie’s List, but I just called them up directly. I went with them because they had pretty good ratings on Angie’s List and on Yelp which other companies did not have. They either have a good one on one and not good on the other. They are pretty responsive when I call them. The guy serviced the unit pretty quickly. He was working immediately as soon as you left. I say the quality of work was pretty good. I did not have any issue with anything.

First, let me say that this company is excellent- the best I have ever worked with for residential services. Honesty and integrity were the most important factors in selecting this company and past reviews seem to support that this company had a solid reputation. I filled out an online Angie's List contact form or Britton Service Group Sunday evening and got a call Monday early morning to set up a service call. The offered plenty of convenient times, and I chose the one that worked for me. Got a call before the tech came out, and he arrived 15 minutes later ready to diagnose the problem. My system is about 8 years old and already had a capacitor and compressor replaced in the past. So I was pretty sure I had a working HVAC system, and was hopeful it was something simple. The technician suspected it was probably something minor and he replaced a blown fuse in the blower unit. The unit turned on but the fuse blew again. He informed me the next thing to look at was the outside unit (at this point I was thinking... uh oh...). But within just a few minutes he found a shorted switch and wire on the outside unit and quickly swapped it out. One more fuse, and a few minutes later and my AC was blowing cold. The total cost of the repairs were $155, which is staggering given past experience with other, less reputable service folks. Several other things impressed me. I noticed that there was some separation in the air return "box" near the blower and I pointed it out. I was perfectly happy to pay for the sealing, and I pointed it out to the tech. He said he would seal it at no additional charge. I thought wow. When he looked further, he found some other small leaks, and as promised he sealed bit leak and the others he found for no additional charge. He showed me where the fuse was located and showed me how to replace it in case another blew, and he left me a few spares. Again, I was wowed by this level of customer service. At this point, I was really impressed so I asked the tech (Jesus was his name) a little about himself and the company. He explained that the company wasn't that old, but that they were working hard to build a solid reputation for service. He also explained that at a previous employer was all about selling new systems, and pushing products and services that a customer doesn't need. But his new employer, Britton Service Group, was all about honesty and just providing good service. I asked him more about the brands they support and what services Britton provides. He was extremely knowledgeable about the company, its mission, the products, and specifically about other areas they service in case I wanted to recommend them. I could tell he was very confident working at Britton, and that he had no problem endorsing their products and services. Let me say once again, these guys are the real deal. It's refreshing to find a local, small business dedicated to taking care of customers and not the bottom line. I have full confidence these guys will grow quickly and be very successful in the long run. I applaud the owner of this company for putting his mission first, and for hiring some great technicians to represent Britton. I will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family, and if I ever need more HVAC work I know who to call. I think these guys are branching into more commercial work as well, so you may want to consider them for that type of work as well. Showed up promptly, found the leak right away and was ready to fix it on the spot. Service took less than an hour. Very nice and friendly serviceman. Seemed very straightforward and honest.

An average of four people came to do this and it took two days. They left the area perfectly clean. They arrived on time. They were very responsive and knowledgable.

Tech arrived on time, and was very professional. Explained some things I had questions about. Recommended I add coolant to A/C unit, which I did. Not sure if it helped much. I would use them again.

My compliments to Britton Services Group in Cedar Park. Their professionalism and customer service are great. We contacted Jon on a Monday afternoon and asked that he come out and give us a quote to replace our heater/AC unit. We made an appointment for the following afternoon. Before he arrived, he called to say that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and provided us with several options based on budget. He explained everything in detail. We decided on a solution and asked for the work to be done as quickly as possible. Jon made some calls and was able to work us in first thing the following morning. He and his team arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work to our satisfaction. To further provide a positive customer experience, Jon came by later in the day to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Britton Services Group and will be a repeat customer in the future.

He did a great Job. He shoed up on time gave me plenty of information and did not try to sell me things I did not want or need. I will definately use them again

Mr. Britton checked the entire HV/AC system, including the outside unit & the ducts in the attic. He welcomed general questions as well as those specific to my unit. He provided a comprehensive printout that noted every detail of his work. If I need HV/AC service in the future, I will rely on Britton. I strongly recommend the company! Zelda Davis

Perfect! I got home that day from work and the house was 85F! I called him and after 1 hour (he was finishing work on somebody's else house) he showed up and did the work. I would definitely recommend him.

The total cost was a little more than $59 because a part needed to be replaced. They were great! John was the guy who came he was really polite. He explained everything every step of the way. He was considerate and thorough.

He was in and out in 10 mins. He could have said it was something else but he was honest and told us it was just a little issue. I appreciate his honesty.
