Description of Work: These guys are honest, reliable, and easy to work with. They were able to assess and make the repair. I have a 10 year old system, and was sure I would get a sales pitch for a new A/C. Nope! The took a look, made the repair, and informed me of all the service that was performed. They even left me some extra fuses in case I needed them. The AC has performed flawlessly throughout the summer months, and I have already recommended them to a neighbor. This is exactly the type of company you want to deal with when you want honest friendly service. This service call was in Leander TX.

Description of Work: cleared out my clogged condensation line and installed a better overflow handling with a floater. I also hire them to do a twice yearly inspection of the system since I've been in the house just 6 months and it's an older system. The repairman was punctual, polite and explained everything to me. He told me how to properly maintain the condensation line and helped me figure there was a "hidden" 4" filter I didn't know about.

Description of Work: I would definitely use Britton for future appliance repairs. They were punctual, very professional and cleaned up after the repair. The defrost heaters in my refrigerator stopped working. They ordered parts, gave me credit for the initial service call and returned to replace the heaters. After defrosting the freezer and replacing the defective parts, they ensured all water was toweled up, and helped rehang the shelves. Their pricing appeared extremely reasonable for the amount of time they spent.

Description of Work: Inspected A/c unit found defected part ,that would have ruin motor if not replaced ! Thank you for the great savings as the part @ $189.00 was much easier to pay than a new A/C unit !!

Description of Work: I have used Britton now for two repairs to my air conditioning units. Both times John has been quick to respond, arrive and repair my units. One of those times was also during a birthday party on the weekend and John came out at 9pm on Saturday night to fix my air conditioning. He saved the party since our house was well over 78 degrees. John is a polite, professional and honest business owner and I would happily recommend his services to anyone.
