Description of Work: Four years ago, I was in the process of re-landscaping my entire front yard when my AC went out. Had called Billy to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time...come to find out my AC was dead in the water and I needed a new one. He gave me the price and we scheduled for him to come back and install it. He's very affordable and personable.

+ -1 moreI called Billy about 9:30am, after describing the problem over the phone, he gave us an estimate & came over about 30 minutes later. He replaced the capacitor on the outside compressor & cleaned the unit as it had never been serviced. He only charged an extra $5-10 for the cleaning above his estimate. About 2-3 weeks after this, The electricity in my house went out & the air conditioner was not blowing cold air. I was afraid that the same part had given out again, so I called Billy. Again, he came over within an hour of my call, but by that time, the air conditioner seemed to be working again. He explained that a power outage can cause the air conditioning unit to take a little break & did not charge me for his time, gas, or trouble.
Description of Work: Fixed my Air Conditioner.
