Dusty was super responsive and got back to me ASAP (even though I have a 'blocked' phone when calling). He came out and was knowledgeable, listened to what I was thinking, gave some experienced input and got a bid back to me within 24 hours. I had bids from 4 others companies + 2 that never responded. I expressed to him that the job was about quality material and not about the price on making my decision and he understood that and reiterated that would not be an issue. Dusty came in with an offer that was reasonable (beat the other 'major' companies) and we proceeded to talk about timeframe. He had a crew ready to go within a week and the job was done from the bid process to the fence complete within 9 days. Dusty was there the whole time during the 'tear down phase' to make sure no major issues arose that would slow down the primary part of the job and that is the rock work/setting of the new posts. The team worked through the day, did a great job of cleaning up and the finished job is super nice. Even to the point my neighbor did some of his fence with BC Fence & Construction as well.

From my very first meeting with Dusty Brent who met with me to determine what would best suit my needs, to the very last encounter with him for some minor follow-up work; this company has been the very definition of professionalism and great customer service. I had a very deteriorated 20 year old wood fence and what I laughingly referred to as a shed that was not only rotted but dangerous, and both needed to be replaced. I had called several companies to come and give me a estimate. B. C. Fence and Construction sent Dusty out to meet with me and I was immediately impressed that he started by asking me what it was that I thought would be best for me, and had I given any thought to designs and styles, or would I like for him to make suggestions? He wasn't there trying to just run over me or not ask me if I had any ideas like the first three companies had, thinking I just wanted the same old standard run of the mill fence that is the cheapest thing going. I wanted and needed a fence that would last for the long haul! I wanted steel posts and a decorative top. But most of all, I needed something that would help to keep the skunks from burrowing under fence. Even though I live in a sub-division, I back up to a farm, and I have a wildlife problem. I also have dogs. Dogs and skunks don't like each other! Dusty suggested that since I wanted the steel posts that he could make a trench and bury rigid steel mesh all along the lower fence and have it welded to the posts. Everyone else that had come out for estimates couldn't think of a thing other than concrete which would have been HOA and cost prohibitive. Well Dusty and his crew showed up to start work doing the shed first, which we refer to as a work of art. It turned out way better then we ever thought possible, and for less then we could have bought at one of the home improvement stores. Then came the fence. For both projects, the crews were on time, they were so polite and easy to work with. They cleaned up the entire work site each day when they were done. They completed work ahead of schedule, but they didn't "rush" the project. I have received several compliments from neighbors in regards to both the fence and the shed, they turned out so nice; and best of all, Dusty's solution to my skunk problem is working!! I received a fabulous finished product for a very reasonable price. I would and have proudly recommend Dusty Brent & B. C. Fence and Construction any day.
