Bayern Pest Control

Bayern is awesome. They have done a really good job, I am very happy with them. They have done an excellent job, I have only dead bugs in my house and no live ones. They have been extremely responsive and very timely, they always call ahead.

I have been using the, for about 2 or 3 years. I was with a bigger named company but they would switch out the technicians that would come. Some would not answer my questions. I got Bayern's name from a friend. He comes and sprays and will always answer any questions I have. He would tell me about the chemicals he was using, especially when I was concerned because of my children. He would explain the precautions I should take. If I see an inspect I don't want to see I can call him and he will come over and spray for them. He does not laugh at me for being concerned and he will bump up my appointments! He is punctual and trustworthy. I can't imagine using anyone else!

He's prompt with his service. He comes when he says he will. He always asks how your service is and if you have any other kinds of bugs that he can treat. His treatments work. You know who is going to be in your house, he actually provides the service and I like that. He's a locally owned company. We pay per service. We will continue to use him in the future.

He always calls several days in advance of the scheduled visit and is very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. He finishes on time, every time but is never in a hurry or rushed to be able spend time in answering your questions or concerns or discuss some new areas of concern he sees in the house.
