Great! The guys did a lot of detailed cleaning not usually included in regular service, but I found it is their usual: they cleaned baseboards, doors, light fixtures, air vent covers, polished cabinetry and appliances, deep cleaned kitchen and bathrooms, did excellent blind and window sill cleaning as well as the usual dusting and mopping. I have all hardwood floors and they cleaned them as I would. Definitely will hire again.

The first time they came out everything was great. They did a nice job getting the blinds and baseboards. The next time they came it seemed like they were in a hurry to finish and left a few cleaning supplies behind. This seemed to be reoccurring instance - leaving in a hurry.

CLEANING WAS GOOD. THEY DAMAGED A COLLECTIBLE STATUE AND FLOORING BUT WERE ABLE TO REPLACE STATUE AND FLOORING OUT OF POCKET. NICE MGMT / OWNERS. I WOULD GIVE ANOTHER CHANCE.

Did great job removing dog hair from everything. On time and efficient. Condo was sparkling after they were through.

Punctual, thorough, professional. And the price was incredibly competitive. Most services wanted to charge extra for a first time "deep clean", this company did not. Which was greatly appreciated and now they have my business.

*** HOMEOWNER BEWARE *** This provider stated they could not find the order in the Angie's List system and requested that I pay them $150 by check. I checked my credit card and Angie's List account, sure enough, there was a charge and an order in my profile. I put in a ticket with Angie's List and they stated that they couldn't find the order either. Assuming there was a system error, I paid the $150 by check and requested a refund from Angie's List. Angie's List stated they couldn't give me a refund because the owner fulfilled the order. I'm out and extra $150 because I was scammed by this provider and then left high and dry by Angie's List incompetence. Please never, never, never trust a provider when they can't an order and reserve your confidence in the rather flaky accounting system of Angie's List. PS: Hopefully Angie's List sensor will let this honest and accurate review through.

That turned out fine. I won't say they were fabulous but they were good cleaners. They were short staffed that particular day and the owner came out and helped them and I thought that was more than I would have expected. They came out November 6th. It was just the big deal price. I was headed in to have surgery and I wasn't able to get to my house cleaning. They actually, because I have pets, one of the unique positives is that they brought in a kind of a wet vac machine that really really cleaned up all the fur and hair which was wonderful. I hadn't realized how mush had accumulated that I hadn't got with my regular vacuum cleaner. One thing did get broken while they were here and I do see how they didn't notice it. I did notice it after they left. It seemed rather chaotic the way they had to kind of fill in to get things done and it took longer than I would expected but again on the flip side I do give them kudos that they did get it covered and they did get it done but if I was on a time frame I would have been upset.

Summary: Best cleaning service I have ever used in the past 9 years of owning multiple homes and using multiple cleaning services, from chains to independents. My appointment was at 9am and they rang the door bell at 9:01am. With living out in Leander I am very impressed with the punctuality. People usually aren't that on the nose so things started off well. There was 3 people and all easy to engage and actually very friendly and professional. They all seemed to really enjoy what they did and that was refreshing as well. I showed them around the house and then they talked among them selves to break into different areas of the house. This was a 4 hour job and so I liked the fact that they would check in on each other and remind each other of items and areas to get and do. I thought the show of peer accountability was done well and great to see. What I was most impressed with was how well they did in my master bathroom. We have pretty hard water and our master shower has been cleaned by myself with harsh chemicals and two other cleaning companies and we could never get it quite all the way clean. I was always disappointed in that but knew how hard it was to do since I couldn't get it out myself with different cleaning products and amounts of effort. The gentleman that did our master bathroom got that door as clean as the first day we bought the house. I couldn't see a speak of anything on the glass. I could see he was sweating from really having to but a lot of effort into scrubbing the glass clean. The rest of the bathroom looked great too. While they don't do laundry they were nice enough to put all the clothes that were on the floor in the hamper we had. Which was a lot considering we are a family of 4. I went in there to do it myself because I thought that was something I was supposed to do but it was already done. Everything was swept, vacuumed, dusted and mopped as you would expect. All the toilets, bath tubs, sinks and etc were cleaned well. Everything went so well I got a quote for doing interior and exterior window cleaning and has been the most competitive price I have received for that service as well.

On the surface it went well but on further discovery they did a very lousy job. I asked specifically to clean the cabinets and drawers. As I was moving in and putting things away I discovered that the top cabinets that not been touched. There was still food there from the previous owner. The top of the cabinets were very dusty and obviously overlooked. There were streaks of dust on the lamp shades areas were missed.

Great job. Final price was substantially lower than the initial quote on the phone. Crew even gave the rug cleaning service that came after them a mop for tidying up after the other company was done.

Only one person, the owner, showed up, but the price was much cheaper than other cleaning companies so I didn't question it. She is very professional and, even though she was short-staffed (turns out this was unexpected to her as well) she, alone, cleaned every room of our 2500 + sq. ft home and did a pretty thorough job, even staying later than the time allotted on the coupon to get the job done. I did have to leave, but was not concerned - which is unusual for me, but she instantly put me at ease. I highly recommend her because she is one of the most responsible and kindest professionals, period.

It was a very good experience. The ladies were quick and did a thorough job. They were pleasant and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

Karen did a great job. The refrigerator and oven/range were really dirty. they both look like just off the showroom floor now. She did a great job in the bathrooms and the carpets as well. All was spic and span!

I live in the middle of no-where on a ranch in the hill country. They cover a HUGE area all over Austin and surrounding, so don't let your location deter you from calling them. Their crew is always on time, always professional, trustworthy, and extremely thorough. They are friendly and accommodating. They are very detailed to begin with, but they also remember all the little nitpicky preferences that I have. After going through several not so through and not at all reliable housekeeping services, I'm so grateful to have found them and I'm not sure what I would do without them. I gave them a B for price, because I know that you can get housekeeping service for less, but let me be clear that this price is WELL worth it. You're not going to get this kind service with someone cheaper.

They cleaned everything. Brought their own supplies and vacuum. Took care of all the details - moldings, ceiling fans, top of the refrigerator. Made the bathrooms gleam. They even swept the front and back porches. You can find anyone to do the big stuff - vacuuming and mopping - but they took care of all the little details. I am so impressed.
