Gary, the owner, took a personal interest in the roofing project. He was very meticulous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again. I asked for a bid from another person before him and he didn't think he was good enough for this project. He had done work for me, before and did a good job. Gary, Mike, and Christian are great!!! They are excellent professional roofers!!! They inspected the roof free of charge, were on time, thorough, and worked with me on what are the most cost-effective solutions to fixing the problems I was having with my house's roof. After examining the roof, they came out the next day, fixed all the areas, and then provided proof of what was fixed by showing photographs of the work they performed. On top of it all, they are very nice people, and they helped me find solutions and avenues regarding other issues that are related to house repairs and services. They are good people with great hearts. They care about their workmanship and the satisfaction, as well as the peace of mind, they provide to their clientele. I am one VERY SATISFIED customer. We are very pleased with the roofing repairs completed by Austin Roof Specialists. Gary and Michael are both very experienced and knowledgeable. They took pictures of problem areas and offered problem solving recommendations. Gary explained why we had the problems we had and corrected them with very much more suitable materials and methods. They also made it a priority to complete the repairs before we had our recent onslaught of 3-4 inches of rain.! We highly recommend their workmanship, attention to detail, and integrity.

They will perform the work this next week, but they have already shown a very professional approach, and I expect that this will continue with their work this week. I will complete this review once they have finished the work
