Austin's Paint Guys

We were very happy with the job Austin's Paint Guys did on our recent interior painting project. They painted two coats in four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, and a large walk-in closet (some rooms with 11' ceilings), so it was a decent-sized job. Even so, they completed the work in two days without rushing or long hours. Jason was personable and easy to work with during the estimate process & he did multiple in-person follow-ups during & after the job. His crew was hard-working and careful. The work ended up looking great with no discernible drips or overpainting. In addition, the price was very reasonable. Overall, we highly recommend Austin's Paint Guys and will use them again when our next project comes along.

I'm in the process of selling my house so I needed work done quickly. Ray was able to accommodate my schedule and get this done within a few days. This was the 2nd time I needed him fast. He is responsive and professional. Another great job. Thank you again Ray.

I have been trying to get my master bathroom painted for an extended time. I called two other people from Angie's List that did not return my calls. That is unusual for an Angie's List provider. So, I looked for someone that only had a few write up's in hopes they would want to bid a small job. Winner Winner chicken dinner, Jason from Austin's Paint Guys returned my call within an hour, came to my home to review the job and won the bid. I needed to cover up the wall paper since I had remodeled my bathroom earlier in the year. I decided to add the handrail to match the hard wood floors. Jason kept me updated each day on the progress and when they noticed the stain on the stairwell turned out darker than it look, he stopped and wanted to make sure I was happy with the stain. He offered to redo and was able to match almost perfectly with the hard wood floors. I found Jason and Velenti to be professional and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. I was impressed with the job and wish to shout out a big thank you for helping me when I couldn't get the other two companies to return my calls. Although I'm leaving Austin, if anyone asked me for a painter, they on the top of the list. Well Done and thank you again.

The job went extremely well. ?Jason, the job manager, kept an eye on things each day and did some extra projects to help out the project. ?He was most willing to assist as needed and had a great and friendly way about him. ?Alan and his 3 man crew did outstanding work. ?The had great attention to detail making sure that all the walls were done right and that the cabinets looked perfect. ?The team was on time each day. ?The team did not have any overruns on the walls and they cleaned up after the job was completed. ?I was very pleased with the entire project from beginning to end.

He asked what the determining factors were and I said the price, and he got very upset and said that I was wasting his time. He was very rude.

Power washed and chalk before painting our home exterior. Helped decide on color contrast.

They are reliable and they did the work as requested. I am satisfied with the time frame to get the work done.

Did a fantastic job! Ray was friendly and professional. His workmen prompt, friendly and did a professional job of painting the walls, ceiling and trim. They cleaned up each day. And when done, they did a walk thru to make sure all done right. I am so pleased with Ray and his workmen - they worked hard to get the painting done right and it turned out beautiful! They were fantastic and did a great job.

Great experience. They were on time, professional and responsive. We noticed a few errors after they were done and the owner came back out to inspect the project. He found things we did not even see and they returned the next day to fix them.
