I like everything. I thought their prices were really good, they came when they were supposed to and it was a good job. I have one area of my carpet I wasn't happy with and they came back and fixed it.

I went to the Cedar Park store location to select the hardwood flooring. They were very flexible with the time it took for me to find what I wanted. My salesman encouraged me to take home several samples to try them in the room, which was excellent advice because what I liked in the store looked totally different on my floor. I selected a second set of samples to bring home. Even though I was only installing wood in one room, they were never pushy about getting the samples right back. When I found a flooring I liked, Rusty came to my house to measure and put together a contract that included all materials and labor. The one thing that was a surprise was that they did not typically paint the quarter-round molding as part of the installation. That was not really a problem. I picked it up from the store ahead of time and painted it myself before the installers showed up. The installation was much more involved than I had anticipated - a lot of scraping of what was probably sheetrock mud so that the concrete would be smooth. I'm so glad I did not attempt this myself. The installers were very fast and kept the place pretty clean, especially considering that it was raining that day. I had already cleaned out most of the room before they arrived but they moved the heavier pieces out and back in when the install was complete. The only hiccup was that the original price included floor self-leveling compound, which is typically needed. However, my floor was apparently very level already and they did not need to use any self-levelers. I called Rusty and he promptly refunded the cost of the floor leveler. The floor has been down for a couple of months and I love the final product. The installation was good, no problems so far and I'm very happy with the experience.
