+ -1 moreHe arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The speed of my aging computer was recognized during the repairs and that lead to a discussion of possible upgrades to extend it's life. Ron mentioned some possible upgrades that should increase the speed and extend the life of the computer. He explained how and what the upgrades could do for the performance of the computer. The prices he quoted for the upgrades seemed reasonable and I am seriously considering having them done instead of buying a new computer.
Description of Work: Fixed router connectivity issues and installed security software. He also made recommendations for increasing speed and efficiency of my aging computer. Appears to be very knowledgeable and prices reasonable. I will use him again in the future.

Description of Work: I had a non booting computer and Ron came to my home that day, did diagnostic testing, added additional memory, and corrected the issue. Prior to coming to my home, Ron and I discussed the problem and he walked me through some things to try to alleviate the problem without a service call. When we were unsuccessful he advised what diagnostic testing he was going to do and the approximate time frame required to do the work.
