They were amazing! Pleasant, professional, the cost was reasonable and they were able to come to my house within an hour of my calling.

We spent $275 for their services. Our experience with them was great. They did a really good job. It was really nice. They were very competent. They were prompt in getting out here. The guy knew what he was doing and he got it done. They were professional too. I have nothing to compare their price to, but it seemed reasonable to me. I didn’t call anybody else and I didn’t do any comparison. They were very responsive. We had tried somebody else, but they couldn’t come. So, we got All Cen Tex and they came out right away to take care of the problem. Their punctuality was perfect. In fact, we needed a plumber and we were going to call them. Then we realized that they just do septic tanks. However, we will call them back when we need septic tank work done.

Wanda was great to talk to over the phone, she took all the info and was friendly and courteous. I wasn't sure if they would have to dig, or if they would be able to get to the job that day, but she called back in the afternoon and left me a message saying all was well, and that the job was complete. When I got home, the invoice was on the door. One phone call, and one big job crossed off my to-do list. I would definitely recommend Cen Tex to anyone.

Same day service for pumping my septic tank. The serviceman was professional, explained the service, got the job done quickly, and left everything clean. This is the second time I have used All Cen Tex and both times have been great experiences.

We have horrible wind where I live. It's a town called Pflugerville and it blew down a bunch of fences and we had to have some fence refilled. The old fences weren't made that well by the builders. The new fences will hold up because they have 3 braces on them instead of two. He did the fence next door so we called him. He was prompt and gave a good estimate. He worked with one of the other guys who had a joining fences and that guy agreed to pay part of the fence that we were having installed. He came when he said he would and got it put and cleaned up really well. I think he did a real good job and I didn't have any problems at all with him and he was a real good guy.

Office and field personel friendly, professional, prompt. Base rate of $325 for 30 min + $35 per every 15 min over. This is from time the truck arrives through packing up and writing your invoice. Base include 2000 gal pump qty. If over, then extra $ (call for range if this is a possibility) I already had covers exposed and it still took 1hr and 15min total. I had to pay $105 plus $325 base. I even manually pumped down the pump tank to stay below the 2000gal limit. It surprised me this took so long over the 30min base which would seem impossible to achieve. So I'd consider the 30 min base to be unrealistic based on my experience. Plan for at least an hour when comparing rates to other companies. Overall, I'd recommend this company as they were easy to deal with and the price was reasonable.

The driver was nice, he found and dug to find tanks. They were supposed to call to give me an estimate regarding adding an extension, but they never did. However, I did not follow up myself. After I wrote this report the company promptly called back. I did not request additional services because of time constraints, but when I do get the extensions put in, I will call them back to get job done.

They did a really good job! They found the hidden lids and dug them out and it all worked out very well. Exceeded my expectation!

Excellent. The company called to let me know technician was coming and he arrived right on time. The tech was very professional, nice and quite knowledgeable. Great service!

The experience was pretty good. The driver was cooperative, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. They were punctual and called ahead of time to say they were coming.

It was raining on Sept. 7, 2010. I looked on Angie's List for a plumber. Found Johnny Rooter Plumbing. Called him. He was quick to tell me I needed to save my money, get my septic tank pumped. He referred 2 company's. I checked Angie's List and found All Cen Tex was the only one with great ratings on Angie's List. I called them and the receptionist was excellent. Believe her name was Valarie. I explained my problem and told her what Johnny Rooter Plumbing told me. She told me the prices. She said they could have someone here with in an hr. I said, it could wait for the rain/storm to pass over. She said No they do this in all weather. Anyway, Jason arrived within 40mins and got right to work localing the septic tank. After exposing the lid and opening the tank he began the pump out. He explained to me in detail how to take better care of the tank. He was done within 45mins. Great Experience all away around.

They were quick, friendly and professional. They helped me out by providing same day service which I really appreciated. They were slightly more expensive than I thought they would be, but as important as this was, that wasn't an issue. I would hire them again.

A friend referred All Centex to us and they lived up to our expectations. This was the first time we had used All Centex. Their service was timely and they were easy to talk to and they answered our questions. They were definitely a good referral for homeowners here in the area.

They were one of only a few companies here that cleaned the entire tank out thoroughly with chemicals and all. We were very pleased with them and I felt I definitely got what I paid for. If you call them during the week the owner would come out and do it himself. They didn't leave any messes and were great guys. They charged $250 for the first 30 minutes and $50 each 30 minutes after that.
