Terry took on a job I had been trying to find someone to do ever since I bought my house, fabricating frames and installing screens in three windows that for some reason were missing frames, screens, et, al... Every other company bailed rather than even return my calls. This was no big thing for Terry. He replied promptly, was back sooner than estimated with perfectly fitting and color matched frames and screens, all at a fraction of the price other companies had been estimating (even though none of them would even come out to look at the windows without charging me for a service call that would have amounted to more than Terry charged me for the whole job.

When I bought my house 7 years ago, it had good Pella replacement windows, but for who knows what reason 3 windows in the main living area had no screens. No frame, nothing. I have been tryi ng of and on over the ensuing years to find someone to take care of this. This effort has resulted in nothing more than a bunch of unreturned phone calls. Even Pella wanted no part. After a few calls to them with no response I got lucky and the owner of the local Pella store answered the phone. While he was very friendly, even he said he didn’t think Pella manufactured their own screens, but he promised he would get on the person who’s job it was to know and hadle such issues, and make sure she called me. That never happened. I was probably 5 years into this quest when I actually got to speak to a real person on the phone, who clued me in that only Pella screens fit Pella windows, which may be the reason no one wanted my business. So that’s the frustrating backstory. Finally I contacted Terry at Action Screens. He responded immediately and came out the next day to look at my windows and take measurements. A week later he returned with screens, which fit perfectly and matched the rest of the windows. Over the years of trying to get this done, while I couldn’t find anyone to the job, I got a pretty good idea of what the various companies that didn’t want the job would have charged if they WOULD do the job. (Which, of course they wouldn’t,) implying that if they WOULD have done it, they would have charged significantly more than their posted price. Which brings me to another great thing about Action Screens: Terry’s price was roughly HALF of what I expected to have to pay. Roughly what Pella would charge up front just to send someone out to my house...if they would would even return my call... which they didn’t. To sum up, Action Screens were friendly, responsive, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would most definitely hire again, and highly recommend.

Terry came and gave me an estimate. He provided information for me to give to the HOA. I asked him to bring samples of the materials, and he did. He also matched the screen frame to the color of the brink and trim. Terry gave me an estimate, and he told me it would take 3 days once the materials arrived. It did take 3 days, but it was some half days because we were getting wind and rain from Hurricane Harvey. Terry returned once to check on the seal of the screens. He is the entire staff and crew of Action Screens, and that makes it easy to work with him from estimate to conclusion. His fee was less than other bids I secured. I am enjoying my porch!

Terry arrived when scheduled, introduced himself and presented his business card. He took a look at the doors to be fixed and went to work immediately. Work was done in 2 hours. Friendly and professional, an Old World gentleman. I asked for several of his business cards to give to friends.

Terry was great! He arrived on time and replaced the screen in my door very quickly. I would certainly use him again.

He promptly returned my original inquiry call, made an appointment to come and estimate the project, and arrived promptly on time. Told Terry I needed expedited service as I was leaving town shortly. He made a few calls, and said the door would be available on Friday, when he would come and install. (I was leaving town on Sunday) He arrived Friday with the door, promptly and professionally installed it, it fit and worked great. This door had been a constant irritation, and now it finally was fixed right. I would earnestly recommend Terry for any screen project to anyone..................Thanks Terry!

We called Terry and made an appointment for an estimate. He showed up on time, gave a fair and reasonable estimate. Replaced screens to our satisfaction in the time frame quoted. Easy, hassle-free service. Would consider the craftsmanship and experience as excellent and will call him again to replace screens on our residence.

The windows were tricky so he had to come out to the house multiple times to test and re-test the frames that he made to make sure the fit was good. We appreciated that he was not willing to give up easily and see the job through.

He came and measured the windows, gave us an estimate. Manufactured the screens; came placed the screens, a, and . One was not correct, he replaced it. Job was timely done and screens are of excellent quality.

Exactly as planned as far as what I was told during estimate. They told me one week to get screen's built and it took one week. Very happy.

.It was a very tough installation because we have a house that is on a hill. The windows are way off the ground. He spend more time than he thought he would, and needed more equipment than he normally uses on a job. He got everything done in a reasonable amount of time and stood behind his estimate. It all came out quit well.

Terry came out the day after I called his company with samples of screen materials that were available. With his help I chose the 80% solar screening for my seven west-facing windows. He had them ready and installed within two days. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

Terry's over the phone estimate for my living room window was $172. I gave him dimensions and everything. I asked him to come out - it took a week (for just one window) and his on-site estimate was $215. I asked him if he could do it for the phone estimate and he said no. So I did not use him.

They were very responsive and did there work in a timely fashion and showed up on time and very professional and there work was great and I would highly recommend them.
