AWESOME! System went down during one of hottest Texas days. Company in RR used for 16 yrs could not send anyone and would never have installed same day.. AC Express had someone out by 10 am who stated system needed replacement, no surprise as it was 16 yrs old. By 1 pm, Jesus and Noe were here removing old system from 120+ degree attic. They worked till 5 pm in horrific heat, cleaned up and were simply great as was the price. Best service, price and service quality ever! Will never use any other company and highly recommend them for any HVAC ISSUE, Ask for Jesus and Noe!

I was told on 8/8/16 not to expect to hear from anyone until 11am-1pm on 8/9/16. I was getting ready to go to work on the 9th at least put in a couple of hours; when I get a phone call about 9am stating that they're on the way to my house to work on the A/C unit. So I rush back out to my house, because I was at my hotel 20 miles away. I arrive at my house to strange faces and no ID, Not the person I dealt with the day before. I let them in the back yard they do some work. They knock on the front door maybe an hour later saying that they'd be back in a couple of hours they need to go get the part. So I said okay. I get a phone call around 1:00pm stating that the part was sent to the wrong location, and it would take longer because they had to go get it from the other location. So it's after 2:00pm and I decide to call and speak with a manager because with all the time that has past I could've gone to work. I'm on the phone with the person who claims to the manager, and I tell him whats going on and ask for a discount on my bill; due to the fact I could've gone to work and put in at least a half day. He told me " No because it's warranty work, and they don't make money off of warranty work, and that nobody even likes doing warranty work, and they just do it as a favor to the manufacturers." This place obviously doesn't like keeping costumers. Yes I'm a little upset about the money, and missing work but I'm more upset at the "managers" complete lack of professionalism. The technicians were very nice.

Installation Techs Huber and Michael did an excellent job of installing the new unit. Huber was very knowledgeable and provided great service. They were on time and worked very efficiently to do the work. I have dealt with this company before and they have been very responsive.

My AC stopped working last week and AC express came by to do a free service call, which by the way not a lot a people do, they diagnosed that I needed to replace my condenser. The guy that came out there was very knowledgeable and professional. I called some other companies to get other estimates but they were the cheapest. I will definitely be using this company for all my AC needs.

I joined Angie's List in order to find a reliable company to come take a look at my A/C, but decided to go with a friend's recommendation to make things easier. They said they had been using this company for years and I can see why. They didn't even charge me to come out and give a diagnosis. My A/C unit had suddenly started making unusual sounds and was no longer putting out cold air. I called AC Express and a guy came out within about 2 hours. He even called to give me a heads up about 20 mins before he got here. Sadly, the compressor was shot and needed to be replaced but they were able to pick up a replacement and install it the same day. I'm also glad I checked out their website before I called and took advantage of the deal they were offering. I got to get a free preventative maintenance check to make sure all other parts of my air conditioner were in good shape for the summer. I really felt like these guys were honest and tried to do their best for me. I'm so glad I took my friend's advice on this one and will definitely be making AC Express our go-to A/C repair company.
