Mr. Hoover never bothered to return the call. That shows me that he's not a professional and is inconsiderate.

Michael and his team did a great job checking out the system and making the necessary repairs in just a few hours. Very happy with the work. Arrived when scheduled, discussed all work with me, and kept me up to date on progress. Great job!

They were able to get me in that day. Assessment of system was thorough and repairs were made quickly. They were friendly and made suggestions to my watering schedule before leaving.

On time. Very friendly, owner/operator. Quickly evaluated the system, leaking heads, broken heads. Replaced as necessary.

Called Stillwater because they had been no nice earlier in the year. I wanted to correct the problem for lack of water in my garden beds. Lou and his assistant, Sergio, came promptly in the morning and started work. Lou really educated me about how an efficient drip system should be; (what I had was a poor work to start with but I didn't know any better in 2010). I was assured that the basic sprinkler system was o.k. but the drip configuration needed reworking. None of the original lines were taken out, but moved and added to in order for better coverage. Various types of sprinklers were added to my garden beds for better watering. Lou ran the controller manually to check all the zone locations (we found some hidden sprinkler heads). If a leak showed up it was fixed on the spot, if a head was in the wrong place, it was moved. Finally, Lou checked the rain sensor to see that it was functioning properly and reset the timer for better watering. A lot of work was done and took the better part of the day. The end result is that I am extremely happy. There was no sales pressure to buy what wasn't required, just honest advice. Thanks again, Stillwater.

Mike worked me in between 2 other jobs. For that I was thankful as my sprinkler was more like Old Faithful. Didn't take too much time and when he left I felt secure that my system was functioning as it should. This review should have been submitted in March but I didn't realize it hadn't been submitted. My apologies to Stillwater, a great company..

For 3 days I was without water due to a broken frozen sprinkler pipe. The city had turned off my water due to the leak and I was frantically calling several sprinkler guys to come out and repair or at least temp fix my line so I could have water again. Michael was the only one that not only returned my call, but was willing to help me. Once he assessed the situation, he cautioned me that with my older system, above ground return valves were outdated and not usually up to code. And depending on the weather temperature (for the glue to properly set) he would be able to temporarily cap my current line. However, an actual permanent fix would need to be done in the spring when permits could be filed and up to code placement of the valve could be done,
