Description of Work: I have used them several times and always been impressed. My office is over 3000 square feet and they were done in under 2 hours. Carpets are almost dry immediately, not wet for hours. First class, my first choice.

I couldn't tell any improvement in the grout, but perhaps it was too dirty to show any change. Probably due to the sealing, it doesn't appear to have gotten any more soiled. I paid an additional $209 in addition to the coupon (don't recall that price) to clean and seal a larger area.

Description of Work: I purchased the offer on Angie's List to have Snyder's Carpet Care steam-clean and seal my kitchen and bathroom tile. We put in new ceramic tile about a year prior to the service and the grout had never been sealed and therefore it stained readily especially in the kitchen. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I love the results.

Description of Work: They were supposed to send a contractor to stretch carpet prior to cleaning. There was a miscommunication and that did not happen. They still cleaned carpet in four rooms and stairs. Came out great where they used the pet treatment. Where they did not use the pet treatment, old stains came back. They were very nice and professional while performing the work.

Description of Work: We bought a Big Deal from them for heavy deep Rotovac carpet cleaning. It turned out fine.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning. They did deep cleaning. But because of burbur carpet they were not able to use rotovac. I had hoped for better results. |Still the carpet looks clean but it is as clean as regular carpet clean and not deep carpet clean. |
