Description of Work: I purchased a big deal from Snyder's carpet care for three hours of caulking and grout restoration. I was going to be having some foundation work done, and I inquired about delaying the service until after the foundation work was finished. By the time I got back in touch with the company some two years later, they were no longer providing this service. I did the work myself, and now I would like a refund for $99.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned and sealed the tile floors in my kitchen and laundry room. They were friendly, professional, and prompt! My tile looks so much better--almost like new and the tile is 17 years old.

Description of Work: Snyder's Carpet Care absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my first time to use Angie's List, so I was not sure what to expect. My grout was in bad shape and they weren't sure it would meet my expectations when done. The end result was perfect! My floor looks like new. They were very careful of the new wood floors that were next to where they were working. They were very professional and easy to work with. I will use them again for carpets and other tiled rooms.
