Description of Work: Within one hour, they had deep cleaned and sealed the tile/grout in my 2 bathroom floors and my large kitchen floor. Looks better than when it was installed. Great service, great product, great price. Have already booked another cleaning next year. 2 thumbs up !

Description of Work: We communicated via the Angie's List website and set up an appointment. They missed the appointment time, and when I called them they didn't even have me on their schedule. I had moved all of the furniture around the kitchen and dining room areas for the work, and they didn't show up. I asked them if they were going to be able to come, and they asked to reschedule. I found that to be inconvenient and unprofessional on their end, so I canceled the deal.
