Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets as well as tile and grout in several areas. The carpet looked great but the tile and grout cleaning was AWESOME! Whatever products the previous homeowners used on the tile that caused it to be slick and nasty their cleaning removed all residue. The work was done in Feb and the tile still looks great. Will use for both services again.

Description of Work: Ended up costing over 3x what the special Angie's list deal was. When I called, I listed all the rooms (5 total- 4 bedroom size and one living room). She never told me it would be an extra $300 for the extra bedroom and pet treatment. I was worried this would be a bait and switch and it was. Unfortunately I wasn't there and my wife signed off on the job. They did clean the carpets very well, but the price was very high and the ad was extremely misleading.

I appreciate the review. I want to clear up your pricing. You did mention you had 5 areas, but you had areas over the square footage of the deal, your rooms were much larger than explained. Also your wife asked that all areas receive a pet treatment, which the deal did not include all areas being pet treated. I am not a bait and switch company, if you did not want additional service you have a choice to say no, I review and price prior to cleaning. I priced the job for what I was asked to complete. If someone wants to stay within the deal they are more than welcome to do so, they can either reduce the areas cleaned or not add on additional service. Your wife was so happy with our services, that she signed up for our maintenance program. Thank your again for the review Christine

Description of Work: They washed the grout and then sealed it. They said I needed to do it every year, which was a bit surprising (as I read differently online). The service took much faster than I thought. They were very much on time; all scheduling was without a problem - they easily accommodated some changes due to my family circumstances. They answer the phone after hours, too, which was great for me.

Description of Work: They cleaned the grout in our kitchen and guest bathroom. Everything went smoothly although I would have liked to have seen a bigger difference in the grout color. Don't know if it was our fault for leaving the grout unsealed for too long, or if the products used were not strong enough. The business owner was pleasant and easy to work with. I would use this company again.
